I was amazed when your office answered my call late on a Sunday night. The representative listened to my issue and scheduled a service call for the next day. Gaetano really knew what he was doing. As an inquisitive new homeowner, I had many questions, and Gaetano patiently answered each one while he worked. He was polite and professional as he quickly freed my trapped car. He had a trainee with him who came all the way from California to NJ just to train with Precision. They must be doing something right if someone is willing to travel from CA to NJ to train in the dead of winter.

your installers were very experienced and careful while working around my Harley in the garage. I had moved it as far forward as possible as putting it outside was not an option due to the weather. The door looks wonderful and works great. This is the second door we have purchased from your company, the first fell victim to hurricane Sandy and was originally replaced by a cheap one supplied by our general contractor. Once we realized the quality of the replacement, we decided to call your company for another. If this door holds up as did the last one you did for us I am sure we will be equally satisfied..

The secretary who answered my phone call was polite and efficient. She immediately sent out an email and the email included the name and picture of the technician coming to my home. On the scheduled day we had a snow storm and I was not able to be home. The technician called my cell to say he was on his way and I told him I was not home. He rescheduled the appointment for me and called my cell to confirm day and time. Scott, the technician who did fix the garage door was on time (called ahead to say he would be arriving in 15 minutes). He was knowledgeable and went over all aspects of the job in detail and showed me the cable that was frayed, the steel that was rusty, etc. He completed the job in one hour which is what he said it would take before he even started the job. He helped move some of the garage "stuff" that would be in his way while working and helped put it back. He cleaned up whatever mess he made. He said I would be receiving an email within 10 minutes after he left and I did. I highly recommend this company for their polite way of dealing with customers, their efficient emails and on time appointments. And, oh yes, the garage door works!
