A friend referred Precision to me for garage door repair. I was so happy the customer service rep was able to book a service appointment for the next day when I called. The service technician, Kevin, was prompt and courteous and explained how everything worked before he left. I also liked that Kevin called the morning of the appointment giving a time frame for his arrival. I will definitely call Precision in the future!

Precision came out to me in April when I needed a new garage door motor. Kevin came out. He was very professional and personable. We loved our new opener. It was quiet and fast. Yesterday for some reason my remote stopped working. Kevin came out again today. He replaced my remote with a new one and made sure it worked. It was a pleasure to see him again. I was confident that he would solve our issue and we would love our opener again!!! He did not disappoint me.

I used Precision Door earlier this year to change the motor and keypad for one of my doors. This time I did the same for the other door plus changing the rollers, springs, .. for both doors.
