We had this service three times. We were satisfied with first two services and technicians. However we are not happy with our last service which was yesterday. The technician fixed what we asked for, and then we asked something else about our garage door. He seemed that he had no time for this and he didn't perform the through analysis about the condition of the garage door. We asked couple questions and he seemed that he was overwhelmed. I am not sure if I call same company or try a new one. Thanks Ayse

Your Technician, Kevin S., was very imformative and a pleaseure to deal with, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The reason for the service was that one of the spring on one of my doors broke. Kevin suggested that I have a "Rebuild" performed, since I needed to get the door open, I agreed to have both doors done. After speaking with other people who had the same thing done, I was kind of taken back at how much more expensive Precision was. But my doors work fine, I'm very happy with the service that Kevin provided. I gave Kevin S 5 stars

I called late Thursday afternoon. Technician arrived as scheduled by 9 am the next day. An estimate was given within 15 minutes. All parts,including a new motor, were on the truck. Repairs and installation was completed in about one hour. Best contractor I have hired within the last 32 years of owning a home.

Its a confidence level to speak and connect with a "human" over the phone, and then make a firm appointment. And I would like to also commend your Technician, Kevin N. I felt I could communicate well with him, and was able to voice my concerns... and ask for advice for future maintenance, all with good feedback. Pete arrived as scheduled on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. He also found my unit had no backup battery which it should have. He installed the battery. He reprogrammed all the remotes even those in built into the newer cars. Also Pete's deportment and grammar were that of an english teacher.

I was very impressed with the thorough nature of the technician's (Pete's) approach to our reserve battery placement problem. He gave the entire garage door apparatus of meticulous check to make certain that everything was just perfect, explaining the process each step of the way. Have used Precision in the past and always pleased with service and this time was no different. Scheduled an appointment to have Precision check out one of our garage doors that was very loud sounding when closing and opening. Precision said tech would be here between 8am and 11am. Called early and identified himself as Erik. Arrived within 20 minutes of call. Explained his safety check which took about 20 minutes and said we needed to replace four rollers and both doors looked to be in good shape other than that. Gave me the price and it took him no longer than 30 minutes. I had a coupon for a free inspection so it helped. Nice job Erik to keep me up and running. Would highly recommend. Gene

Your serviceman Andrew was EXCELLENT !! We had other service men in the past who couldn't figure out the problem with our garage door remote opener. Andrew knew the issue within minutes and was finished with the job within 1/2 hour ! Thank you for such great service....
