Gaetano C & his training assoc. Rob could not have been more professional & caring. Gaetano did an outstanding job. The repair was done efficiently, neatly & I felt very confident the repair was done with expert precision. I chose Precision because about 2 years ago you installed a new garage door opener for me & I was very satisfied then. When the problem arose this morning, I didn't know who to call & then I remembered Precision. From the person who answered the phone ( I believe it was Theresa) to the repairman that came to the house, I felt instant relief that help was on the way. Thank you all for a great job!!

I really appreciate how quickly you were able to get someone out to my house to fix the garage door. I had hit it off track and the guys who came out to fix it/put it back on track, did it quickly and made sure that it looked like new. They took the time to really make it look like the accident never happened and they did it with good humor. This happened during one of the snow storms, so I know that they were busy, but they were very nice about my careless accident and made the whole repair process a positive experience.

Doug, I was so pleased with Tim's knowledge and customer service, he knew everything possible about motors, doors and everything else there is to know about garage doors. Tim explained the pros and cons of replacing the motor vs just fixing it since we plan to change the doors in a couple of weeks, it was a no brainer. I do hope all your Technicians are as knowledgable and have the great customer service that Tim did, you will have extremely happy customers. I will be calling Theresa tomorrow to order the doors. The original problem was a broken spring but when Kevin, the service technician checked the situation we decided to rebuild the door and replace all the parts. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable. My doors are manual but we will be having 2 garage door openers installed by your company hopefully next week once I have my electrician install an outlet in one of the garages. Christina in your office was very helpful explaining the options of garage door openers. We have used Precision in the past and was satisfied with your work. I grew up in Pequannock so it's nice to support a business in my hometown.

I was having problems with my existing Lift Master opener which was about 30 years old. I went on-line to do comparison shopping in the event I needed a replacement door opener. Lift Master was highly recommended. I saw the ads for Precision and was much impressed with the quality of the ads, the professionalism that was imbedded, the flexibility and seeming quality of the operation. I was impressed with the receptionist who took my call and then with the service technician. After making some adjustments it was determined that the opener needed replacing. Brian was extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable of his trade and proceeded in an expeditious manner to complete the job. He enjoyed what he was doing and was proud of his efforts as he rightly should be.
