I absolutely loved the same day service!! The installer was very professional and very knowledgable of what needed to be done and offering different options, as repairing the garage door opener and what that would entail along with the option of replacing and why each would work or not.

My Technician Kevin, showed up on time, explained the problem, (hardware replacement)gave me a couple of options for repair and completed the job within the estimated time frame. He was very professional during the entire service call.

The service tec was helpful but did not make any repairs during this service call. He did tell me my options and said that if I did go foward with the work I would not be charged another service call charge if and when I had the work done. He told me that I should have my complete garage door changed on one garage and a key pad chnaged on another door. Thank you- Bob

My tech was a gentleman by the name of Brandon. He was extremely friendly and did a good job of explaining the problem to me. He was on time neat and unlike a lot of people now days did not leave the impression that I was imposing on him. A grade A guy. I've always been impressed with the quality of your product and do not have to be sold on it. We discussed the possible upgrade of my door in the future when I can afford it and he was quite helpful in explaining my options. All in all a good experience as far as these things go.

The company that installed and serviced our garage door openers is no longer in business. I was sorry to lose them because I was always comfortable and confident in their ability to keep our doors and openers in proper working condition. I called Precision and my appointment was easily set up. The service technician, Douglas, arrived on time. Douglas is very courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. I always have questions, and Douglas was very patient and professional in every respect. He went right to work and got my garage door opener up and running. I am so glad I called Precision.
