When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman on the phone asked me a couple of questions and we quickly realized that the spring on my garage door was broken. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Kevin came to my house and fully explained everything before starting any work. He could not have been nicer and cleaned everything up when he was done. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Kevin to my neighbors and friends.

Gaetano was a complete gentleman and took care of the issues quickly and accurately. I had a broken cable and the battery backups on the openers were bad. He replaced the cables, checked out the entire system and found nothing else wrong. He replaced the battery backups. I am very happy, especially his calls before the service to let me know when he would be arriving. Very professional!

The service man was friendly and knowledgeable. He came to our house on time and called prior to the visit. He installed the garage door opener and instructed in its operation and use. He was kind enough to help my husband install the code to our car so he could open and close the garage door without the hand remote.

We had Precision Door come up due to issues with our garage sensor and also wanted to get a full diagnostic of each of our doors. Pete was courteous, professional and was great in explaining what was needed and each of the parts. I would definitely recommend Precision again!

The technician showed up on time. Since I had 2 garage doors that needed to be repaired he was able to give me options. He was able to fix the one door. The other needs replacement. Kevin was very nice and did the work quickly.

Although the service call order was incorrect,as I needed a repair not an estimate on new doors. Peter was very knowledgeable and businesslike in handling the error. He was able to take care of the problem to my satisfaction by repairing and inspecting. He gave me a thorough explanation of what I would need to make both doors operate safely. Although I was not prepared to bear the expense of both at this time I will consider having him return to service my other door when possible.

I called you guys because I had a broken spring, but after speaking with Tim, I realized I needed to replace more than just the 1 spring. i had both my garage doors rebuilt and it works perfectly now. Brian B. did an outstanding job of figuring out my garage door problem. No new parts were needed but his excellent knowledge on why this door was not working solved my problem. He did install a much needed weather strip on the bottom of the door. Everything is working very well and I am very satisfied.

We are completely impressed with the level of service we received today for our broken garage door. The Service Technician, Brian, kept me posted all day with when to expect him so I didn't have to wait around the house all afternoon. When he showed, he was knowledgeable and experienced. Fixed the problem and within minutes I received an email receipt for payment and a thank you from the owner for choosing them. WOW!! That is customer service you just don't see anymore. Personal Service and Outstanding Customer Service! Well done! I would highly recommend this company and I am actually looking forward to purchasing a new garage door from them in the next year or so. When would a vendor call you twice to let you know where within the window of your appointment he would be dropping by? The hardware (rollers, springs, no safety cable) were falling apart on the old garage door of our new house. Although option was presented to buy a new door, there was no hard-sell. The guys also offered to replace all the hardware and install a safety cable for about $1,000 less than the cost of a new door, which we took them up on. Nice guys and seemed professional.

We never leave comments or do surveys but Pete and his partner were excellent. We called and were told they would be at our house between 1PM and 5PM. Due to another job holding them up and the freezing temps, they were way late, but they kept calling and telling us they were still coming. They finally showed up at around 7:30PM and we were impressed. They fixed both door problems and did it all with a smile and very courteous. Excellent! Thanks.

I got service that was above and beyond the call of duty from Gaetano. He was extremely professional, courteous, honest and compassionate and a generally sincere and nice human being. In today's times one rarely gets five star service, but through the ice and snow of my driveway, Gaetano, repaired my garage in the blink of an eye! Keep up the good work. Kevin and Robert found that the four pulley wheels were of the old aluminum type and had to be replaced.One of the four pulley wheels was damaged and was causing the door to hesitate when closing or opening the garage door. Upon replacement off the four new type pulley wheels the door functioned normally. Good job by Kevin and robert.

I had 2 new openers installed, had a couple of bugs, that were no fault of the installer, but Pete did a great job of coming back multiple times and fixing the issue without question and no charge, great customer service! I could not ask for anything better.
