Chris was my service man and had my garage door repaired and leveled within the 30 minutes he estimated... however, while we were finalizing the invoice, and for the first time in Chris's career, the spring broke and cables were flying over our heads. Needless to say, Chris had the challenge in hand and installed the new springs and cables without delay. I really like your professionalism, promptness and your fully stocked trucks. I found Precision through Angie's List and the service was fantastic. The technician called me to let me know that their previous call was running longer than expected (although well within their time window for my appointment) and let me know when he would be arriving. He called again later when they were en route. I really appreciated the heads up, it allowed me to focus on my work at home knowing when they would arrive. The two technicians were very thorough, knowledgeable, and took care of our service needs very efficiently. I will certainly call Precision again in the future. Thank you!
