From scheduling the technician to paying the invoice, Precision was amazing to deal with. Our technician, Bob Z was the most pleasant and professional person we'd met. Great communication; arrived on time. Gave an educated overview of what was needed (new springs, cables, pulleys and rollers) as well as options. He started right away and was very efficient. Our garage doors are now safe, quiet and fully functional (and the warranty on all the parts is great!) We highly recommend Precision.

I'm so glad I found "Precision"!!They came right away on the same day I called them. The first thing Lou did, was to check every part/detail on the garage door to make sure it was safe to fix it and to put it to work again, which I found very appropriate to start with. The door is fixed and I'm very satisfied with the service. Hardly recommended!!

I now have the MOST gorgeous garage doors!! Kenny from Precision arrived, completely took down everything -- doors, tracks, motors, keypads, etc. which were a mess and replaced with gorgeous steel white carriage doors, quite motor, wall keypads with time and temperature on them (as well as where a message would go in case of malfunction about what is wrong); I have motion sensors which light up the garage every time, and a back up battery so in case of power failure, the doors still will work. I let my husband come home and be surprised, and he was so excited! Thank you Precision! Reasonable prices, excellent workmanship!

I selected Precision from Angie's list and because Precision's website is outstanding. I wasn't disappointed. From making an appointment to getting the work done, everything went smooth -- very professional and demonstrated competence. Service was fast too. I called last night and they came this morning. I expected only an estimate and then a reschedule to do the work, but it was done instantly. This is good since I had to take off from work for the appointment. Our garage door had broken at the top because of stress caused by the force applied by the door opener. Bob did an outstanding job of explaining the technical issues repairing the door, making it better than it was originally. He also explained that the springs were too strong and replaced them with the right size springs. The door now operates better than it did before it broke. I love dealing with competence! This is a competent company.
