I love that your truck is fully stocked and even though it was just the rollers that were originally going to be replaced I was able to have both openers replaced on the spot. James and Brad helped fix one of the garage doors that was not closing or shutting down. I had the house power washed and think one of the sensors may have taken the brunt of the water pressure. Regardless, they both were very professional and helpful and fixed the problem on the spot. After they left I noticed that the Keypad and the remote key were not working. I called them and they came back with a few minutes. They reset the system and now everything seems to be working fine.

I am very pleased with the service I received yesterday. I needed the main back up battery for the motor replaced and the office personnel gave me an appointment for the day I requested. Bob Z. Called 1/2 hour before he came and was there promptly at the time he said he would be here. The battery was changed in 5 minutes and he also silicone sprayed the channels for the door and changed the battery on the outside key pad. He was very cordial and answered some questions that I had about the door . I had this door installed by Precision and am very pleased with its safety factors and reliability. I would recommend their company to anyone. Thank you so much for your prompt service!

Your website and procedures were excellent and your service tech was professional and courteous. However, the cost of your services were way to high...$400 to repair the set of springs on the a door is just too much..I have done this myself in the past and it takes me under an hour to complete. I guess I will be doing it myself again this weekend.

Dear Mr. Papa, Thank you for your kind words. Fixing things yourself is always the cheapest way to do things. Allow me to provide you with a few tips since you decided to do this job yourself. Most springs from your big box stores come with a 2,000 cycle rating which may be why your spring has broken again. Try to go online and find a high cycle spring of at least 25,000 cycles so you do not experience the same spring inconvenience in the near future. If you are unable to find this type of spring please call us and we would be happy to provide this for you with a lifetime warranty as long as you live in your home. You will never have to fix this yourself again.
