I received a coupon from your company, and needing to fix my garage door, made an appt. I was impressed with the fact that your technicians are drug tested and that you perform background checks. The problem I was having was that whenever we lost power and I needed to get my car out of the garage, the door would not stay up when lifted manually! This problem is now fixed! The technician who did the work, Louis, was very professional and explained to me everything that had to be done. My only complaint is that I feel you are a bit 'pricey'! We never expected to spend as much as we did. But obviously, this is no reflection whatsoever on the tech.

Not too happy, although I had a great experience years ago which is why I called again, my experience was not so good this time. I felt like I was ripped off. Had garage repaired on Monday, new springs, cables and rollers for $715. Today my garbage door stopped working and the repair person said that it required a new circuit board which cost another $279. I wonder why the board which had no problems previously went after the repair. I am almost certain I would have gotten a better price elsewhere but I trusted Precision not to make me feel ripped off, I will make sure I make note of this on Angie

The technician who showed up was very courteous and helpful. Due to the problem, I did have to give him some assistance with the door. The cost was quite a bit more than I anticipated, I only needed springs replaced and it was over $500. I could live with the cost except, the repair was done the day before I left town so I did not have a chance to see it working. When I returned from my trip the door failed after only 3 uses. I am calling them back and we will see how tit goes.

I would give the level of service I received today a 5 on a 1-5 scale where 5 is the highest. I would rate the technician, Ron, that performed the service a 10 if you had one! Ron’s customer service skills and product knowledge is excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job with professionalism. He answered all of our questions and left me feeling confident that we had chosen the right company for the job. I manage 16 employees for a pharamceutical company so I know and appreciate the value of competent employees. I have never used your company until today, so assuming the product we purchased performs as well as the employee who installed it, I will be happy to recommend your company to our friends and family who need garage door services in the future.

Kevin arrived with in the time frame quoted. He was dressed neatly with the company name on his jacket. He was very polite. He reviewed the service order and started right to work. After he finished the tune up, he showed me what he had done. He offered helpful advice about the care of the garage door. This was our first time using Precision and it was a pleasant experience.

Had an appointment between 8-12 and as promised, my technician called to say he was on his way and would be there soon. Not a minute later, my technician called back and asked if he could pick me up a cup of coffee or something! The customer service stayed that way throughout the entire visit. He called in advance to confirm the time of his arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate for the repairs. Dear Precision, I was given an appointment time of 4:00-8:00 pm and was told i would receive a call from the technician about 30 minutes before his arrival which freed me to continue with my daily activities. I received a call from Tim at 5:05 pm telling me he was on his way. He showed up at exactly 5:35. He was very courteous and professional. He asked what the problem was, and did a quick diagnosis. He made the necessary repairs and tested the safety features. He even gave me some preventative maintenance tips on how to keep both doors working properly and pointed out some future trouble spots. There was no hard sell for parts or accessories. I was very please with the experience i had with Precision and will recommend them to my co-workers and neighbors. Good job Tim and the rest of the Precision team!

I have used this garage door company over the last 10 years and never have any issues with them. The workmen are courteous, professional, clean up after themselves; a pleasure to have working with the garage needs. We had most recently a need for a new garage door opener.
