Our 14 year garage door opener had failed and I was able to have someone come out within 2 days of my phone call to give me an estimate. Kevin arrived on time and even called to let me know an approximate arrival time. He introduced himself and his partner and explained the process to me. We needed a new opener and they were able to install one, including the key pads and remotes at that same visit for a reasonable, competitive price. They installed the unit quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

We were very impressed with Precision. The response time between placing a call for service and receiving a call from the technician (Tim R.) confirming when he would be at our home was lightning fast. Tim was wonderful. He obviously knows his stuff and explained everything to us in detail. We will have a new garage door installed in about 2 weeks. We definitely recommend Precision, and give high marks to Tim!

Technician showed up when he said he would, provided me with information about what it was that needed to be fixed and how he would go about fixing it. Brandon called twice before he arrived and was prompt, polite and very professional. The call was to repair a broken spring, but Brandon suggested replacing the rusted rollers and other parts on our two doors that were probably 20 years old. Now the doors work perfectly. The biggest benefit was bringing the system up to code with having the safety cables installed. We were fortunate that our broken spring did not damage our car when it flew in the garage last night. Very prompt and great service. Speedy repair, too.

Gaetano was a complete gentleman and took care of the issues quickly and accurately. I had a broken cable and the battery backups on the openers were bad. He replaced the cables, checked out the entire system and found nothing else wrong. He replaced the battery backups. I am very happy, especially his calls before the service to let me know when he would be arriving. Very professional!

When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman on the phone asked me a couple of questions and we quickly realized that the spring on my garage door was broken. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Kevin came to my house and fully explained everything before starting any work. He could not have been nicer and cleaned everything up when he was done. Although the service call order was incorrect,as I needed a repair not an estimate on new doors. Peter was very knowledgeable and businesslike in handling the error. He was able to take care of the problem to my satisfaction by repairing and inspecting. He gave me a thorough explanation of what I would need to make both doors operate safely. Although I was not prepared to bear the expense of both at this time I will consider having him return to service my other door when possible.
