I've been using Precision to service our garage doors for years, they installed our opener and I call them whenever we have a problem. The technicians that come to the house are always knowledgable and polite. Kevin S came to our house recently to install cables for safety into the springs and he is an asset to your company, friendly and efficient. I have no reason to call any other company when it comes to garage doors and garage door openers.

Thank you PDS. It was not good news to hear that 2 out of 3 of my garage door openers were fried and the cost of them with new springs would be over $2K. What softened the financial blow was your service tech, Gaetano. It is very rare that one receives top-notch service from such a knowledgeable and pleasant fellow. Gaetano gave us Mercedes Benz service with a smile and polite demeanor. Such level of service is lacking in this world. Thank you Gaetano and thank you PDS.

Tim is a perfect representative for your company. He very professionally and knowledgeably evaluated my very old opener and even older garage doors, presented various options available to me, and answered every question I had, all without ever pushing for a sale. When I decided the best route for me was to replace the doors and opener, his input was invaluable in determining the door model that would best meet my needs, and it was NOT the most expensive one! He could not have been any more honest in the suggestions he made. In my mind Tim is Precision, and it was a delight doing business with him. There's no doubt in my mind that your installation team will be just as professional as Tim.

Great pricing, cool product, excellent team, and a delightful experience! We needed to get an automatic garage door opener for our second garage door (which I had been delaying for quite some time now!). Precision guided me through my options & pricing over the phone and scheduled a date & time that worked out very well. The technician Gaetano C. did a great job of explaining, installing, testing, and demonstrating how to operate the door opener. I loved their paper work / process, which was all electronic (schedule follow-up email w/ a tentative indication of who the service technician would be, the sign-off, and a copy of the invoice). There where a few unforeseen problems in the beginning but Kevin took the time and effort to make everything work. I love my new garage door opener. The unit is very smooth and quite, the safety sensor is great, the automated light switch is awesome and the unit tells even me the time and temperature!!!

I called Precision Door again when I had an issue with my garage door opener which was purchased in 1996. Peter our technician was excellent in every regard. He clearly explained all of the material and electrical and mechanical issues involved with repairing our garage doors. He also presented us with different repair options, discussed the warranties and repairs involved, and was sure to present his completed work in a way that confirmed the detail and quality of the job we were told to expect. All of our repairs were carried out thoroughly and professionally, as he was able to diagnose our problems correctly from the get-go. The whole process was very buttoned up and hassle-free.

I had a broken spring on the garage door, which also frayed the cable when it broke. I called after 5 PM on a Saturday night and by 7 PM Gaetano was assessing the problem. Luckily the safety cables worked or I would have had a much bigger problem. Gaetano was very thorough and explained my options. While he said the doors were good product, the hardware needed to be replaced. Within a couple of hours he had all the springs, pulleys, and cables installed better then new. Outstanding workmanship!

Pete O did a great job. He was thorough and knowledgable. He did a complete tune-up, roller repalcement and lubrication of hinges and belt tightening. Doors work like new. Angie List discounted price was a bit higher than competitors but well worth it.

From the beginning: (my phone call) to the end, (when job was completed) I can't recall anything that could be done better. Very nice girl made an appointment for next morning. Kevin Stasiak was here at exact time we agreed on, in 5 minutes he explained what's wrong with the door, gave me an estimate and after my OK, started working. He did an excellent job, the door works like new. And then he took his time to explain to me how the door should be maintained to avoid problems in the future. I am very pleased with the quality of Kevin's service and Precision Door service. Will be happy to recommend your company to friends and neighbors.
