Kevin was professional, prompt and efficient. Our door would not close by pushing the button and as it turned out the electronic eyes or sensor were not lined up. He discovered this immediately, made the adjustment and took the time to explain everything. The only negative thing I have to comment about is that your advertisement includes a $25 coupon off the regularly priced service call of $69 - I specifically asked the customer service rep when I called in about the use of it as well as what the $69 charge covered. I was led to believe that the $25 could be taken off the $69 if that was the only charge incurred. Kevin told me that the $25 would only be applied if he had charged me an additional labor charge, which thankfully he did not. Overall, I feel the service provided and the peace of mind in having my door working again was well worth the $69!

Amazing service and install. Called at 1pm, technician within an hour, no pressure to choose any option over another, full explanation of everything that could and should be done. Gave thoughtful recommendations, full explanation of benefits of all options, decided what we wanted, within a few hours job all done. Amazing quality of product, whisper quite machinery, full explanation of all features, neat, clean superior work, craftsmanship, and installation. Geatano was super friendly, amazingly pleasant to me and my whole family, especially my 5 year old son. Andrew Nix service my garage door this past Saturday 10/12/13. He was very profession and did an excellent job. The thing that impress me about him is that he eplains the two option on how to repair the door with one costing a lot more than the other. He did not pressure me into taken the expensive option but let me decide which one. After the repairs were completed he explain and showed me what he had done to repair the door. I would strongly recommended Precision to other people.

Both of my older garage doors were repaired today by Drew. I was given a same day appointment, even though it wasn't an emergency. Drew called me 20min before arriving (on the early end of the appointment window), and was very pleasant, professional and efficient. The price was accurately quoted to me before he started work, and what I expected. I appreciated he didn't try to up-sell me other services, though he quoted me about products I had questions about (auto door opener, new door, etc). I wish the receipt had been itemized, but that wasn't the technician's fault. Will definitely be using this company in the future, and will recommend them to my friends.

We have been a customer of Precision for several years, however is has come to a point to buy a NEW garage door. We couldn't have lucked out more !! My husband happen to see Tim Rainey(one of your employee fixing a neighbor's door) he asked Tim if he would please give us an estimate. Tim stopped by and inspected everything concerning our door. Tim was so knowledgeable, Professional and down right nice!!We decided to "buy on the spot" if you knew us, this is most unusual because we research everything to death. We noticed that the remotes and the keypad were not working on the garage door. The technician, Drew, was able to diagnosis the problem and repair it in a very short period of time. He identified the need to adjust the tracks to make the door operate much more smoothly. It is a pleasure to work with such a knowledgable and professional technician. He not only was able to deal with the original problem, but adjusted the door so it would operate much more smoothly. Drew is truly an asset to the Precision organization.
