My garage door springs needed replacement, I called Precision and was able to get an appointment the same day. The Precision Tech called me to confirm my appointment as agreed,he was professional,knowledgeable and courteous. Even though their prices were a bit higher than the other companies in my local area,The service provided by the Precision Tech was far more superior than the others. I was dissatisfied with the last company I used, while it was years ago, it took two trips and the springs installed were under sized. Gaetano called before he arrived, even offered to get us coffee, was prompt, courteous and totally professional. He told us the cost involved with all the options available, worked quietly and diligently. He cleaned up everything, taking all debris with him when he left us with a functioning garage door and confidence this job was done correctly. I called Precision Door on a Monday and they were here on Tuesday morning to provide a remote replacement and re-key my exterior control for my 1993 garage door opener. After about 40 years and one very bad winter my garage door opener stopped working, on a Sunday morning. A call to Precision had Brian B the technician at our home the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned out unit and had a new one installed in a very quick time. (even with my constant chatter throughout his work). The new unit is startling in how quite it is. I hope it will last as long as the previous one .

Our garage door spring & cable broke yesterday, Sunday. We were very happy with the fact that when we called, we spoke to a real person and were able to make an appointment for the following day. Bob Z called to let me know he would be in the area earlier if it was convenient for me and I was very pleased. The mechanism and what caused the break was explained in detail in easily understandable terms. Bob Z was very professional and knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly and the door is now working safely, quietly, "better than new". From start to finish, excellent service!

I had an excellent experience with Precision and technician Gaetano. Scheduling the appointment was very easy - all online with confirmations and follow-ups. I particularly like that the company provides photos of the technicians with their background check results. It provides peace of mind for individuals who are home alone during the service call. Technician Gaetano was able to diagnose my problem instantly, and proceeded to explain to me the damage and solution in terms that were easy to follow. He worked quickly and well, and was very pleasant throughout the process. Payment was also very easy. Invoice was created on a tablet, and credit card payment was handled through that as well. We received a summary of our service and receipt for payment before he left our driveway. I highly recommend precision - and Gaetano.

I live in a condo complex and knew that Precision had serviced other units. I also checked Angie's List which gave Precision a very favorable review. Brian the technician was scheduled to arrive on Saturday between 1 and 5. He kept in contact with me during the afternoon so that if I needed to run errands I could before he came. When he arrived he was very professional, explained what the problem was and my options. As much as I hated to have to replace the door opener I am delighted to have this new quiet device. Brian did a great job and I would recommend him and Precision!

My garage door was very loud, opening and closing very roughly, not always closing and generally working very poorly. Scott was my tech, he was very knowledgeable, personable and gave me a great rundown of what the issues were. He made his suggestions to overhaul all the moving parts because they were old, worn out and were the cause of all the issues. He assured me it would work great after this service, so we went ahead with it. He was 100% correct. He got everything changed out and it works like new! He was very professional and I was very pleased with his work. Aside from being a Devils fan I found Scott to be an outstanding employee of Precision and quite an asset to your company. I would definitely recommend your company.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Previous service call on 1/7/14(with a different technician) did not fix the intermittent problem (garage door opens by itself overnight on some cold nights & then cannot be closed with switch). This happened again the night of 3/5/14. Gaetano seemed to take great care to diagnose the problem in order to arrive at a permanent fix. He explained fully to me what he did. I am confident the problem is resolved this time, but I will only know for certain as time goes on and we experience more cold nights.
