I was very happy using this company for my garage door repairs. They made an appointment for the next day and was very considerate of my work schedule. The repairman that came was Tim. He was great at explaining what work needed to be done and why. He was very efficient in doing the work.I would definitely recommend this company along with Tim. Technician Andrew N. was very prompt and polite. My garage door had been close to collapse due to maintenance issues (a broken spring)and he fixed it quickly and showed me exactly what had happened due to another company's poor install. I am a repeat customer because of the service that I received on the first repair. The same person that came the first time also came this time and was familiar with the garage. He was also very helpful and explained was necessary to be done along with some options.
