We are a repeat customer, and looked up the new phone number in the Morris County yellow pages. The technician, Brian, fixed the problem quickly without installing a new garage opener. He inspected and oiled both garage door openers and described some of the features of the newer ones. Eventually we may have to replace the openers, but so far so good. Good job.

Top-notch all the way. Schedule quickly Service Tech called that morning with a time estimate of when he would arrive. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain his assessment of the issues with both me and my husband. The cost to repair was significantly more than what we were expecting, but Gaetano gave us the confidence and understanding to make the right decision. Ultimately, we agreed to the full range of repairs that he suggested. He and Chris performed the work quickly, and professionally taking great care to clean up after themselves and make sure that everything was working properly. Pete was very determined to find out what caused the malfunction in my garage door but the door was fine when he got here. He spent time here trying to duplicate the problem so that he could diagnose it, but the door remained faithfully perfect the whole visit. He took time to sit with me and go over what he tried, told me how to find diagnostic information should it happen again, and assured me that someone would be here to fix it if it malfunctions again. He explained all the things that he checked for me. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would be happy to have him return for future service calls.

Our 14 year garage door opener had failed and I was able to have someone come out within 2 days of my phone call to give me an estimate. Kevin arrived on time and even called to let me know an approximate arrival time. He introduced himself and his partner and explained the process to me. We needed a new opener and they were able to install one, including the key pads and remotes at that same visit for a reasonable, competitive price.
