WHEN THE SERVICE MAN CAME HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING AND SAID WE NEEDED A NEW DOOR OPENER So I ASK HOW MUCH AND HE GAVE ME A PRICEON DIFFERENT ONES I PICK ONE AND SAID IS THAT EVERYTHING ,HE SAID YES BUT THEN THE BILL WAS 68 DOLLARS MORE BECAUSE OF THE SERVIVE FEE WHICH I THINK SHOULD OF BEEN IN THERE FOR HAVING THE WORK DONE ,EVERYTHING WAS FINE EXCEPT FOR THAT PART .AND I WILL PASS THIS ALONG TO MY FRIENDS

Your technician, Pete O was very professional and solved my problem. I am sorry to say, the people that answered your phone were not always as nice. They gave me a time when tech would be there, but only after repeated calls did they tell me he was running late. They could have called me.

It has been my pleasure to deal with Precision since 2010 and always satisfied with the highest quality of service provided. Tim who has been our Service Technician is very customer focused explaining why a part needs to be replaced and not just installing part. Also, performs a great job installing and servicing our garage doors even cleans-up after the job is finished.

I give the service 5 Stars. We had a Torsion spring replaced and the job was completed in about 30 Minutes. Very happy the tech Ron was knowledgeable and informative. Checked the two other doors and lubricated all of them as well.

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. I called late on a Sunday evening and they scheduled my appointment for Monday afternoon. The service man called me earlier in the morning and said he was finished with a job earlier in the day in the town next to me. He then came and completed the right away. He was friendly, knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend using Precision Garage Door.

We had used Precision before and were satisfied with their work and called them again when the 12 year old door opener stopped working. Ron tested the system, explained the options and spent considerable time trying the two least expensive possible corrections. They did not work; so he then very professionally installed the new opener and thoroughly explained and demonstrated its operation. The cost was higher than I expected but the quality of the work was well worth it.
