I was impressed by your website - very thorough regarding certification of technicians, uniforms,insurance, etc.- the things that increase the comfort level when having someone come to your home for a relatively major repair or replacement. Drew was an excellent service tech - explained various options clearly, worked quickly and cleanly (left no collateral traces of repair), explained each part of new equipment, and had everything ready to go when finished. I will definitely recommend your company to a couple of my colleagues who will be needing garage door/opener services.

about a year and a half ago we had a new door installed. a quality affordable door that is excellant. at the time of install the old opener was in question..the tech said we would be ok for a little more time. on 3-02-13 we had it replaced by a very good tech by the name of rich.excellant service again...service, product,honesty...THIS COMPANY CAN NOT BEAT!

Really great service! I love that you can get everything done the same day and that the person who's helping you actually cares and willing to spend time with you to understand what's going on. Tim, was great, I told him that we didn't want to go overboard since this isn't our final home, he told me what was critical to repair, what he recommended fixing and in a perfect world what we should do. Made it a lot easier for me to make a decision. -Spent a lot more than what we intended, but definitely worth it. Especially for the service and any future needs we might have. -We had thought about using a larger retailer and looking back, given the service, it was a good decision to go with Precision. Got a belt instead of a chain and got the rollers and pulley changed, along with a new keypad/remote. It's amazing what a difference it makes with noise, it's almost life-changing since the master bedroom is above the garage.
