We never leave comments or do surveys but Pete and his partner were excellent. We called and were told they would be at our house between 1PM and 5PM. Due to another job holding them up and the freezing temps, they were way late, but they kept calling and telling us they were still coming. They finally showed up at around 7:30PM and we were impressed. They fixed both door problems and did it all with a smile and very courteous. Excellent! Thanks.

Kevin and Robert found that the four pulley wheels were of the old aluminum type and had to be replaced.One of the four pulley wheels was damaged and was causing the door to hesitate when closing or opening the garage door. Upon replacement off the four new type pulley wheels the door functioned normally. Good job by Kevin and robert.

I want to thank Guy for coming over to my house at the last minute last night after I got home from work. He and the man he was training were gracious to stay and fix my garage door well into the evening. He explained what needed to be done in a very "easy to understand" way and installed new rollers and a new spring. He is a very personable and friendly man and I would be quick to recommend him to other people.

My wife and I knew that our opener was on it's last legs for over a year so each time I got a Val-Pak in the mail, I pulled the current coupon for Precision and filed it away, knowing that eventually I would call to schedule a service appointment. On Feb 13 I pushed the button to get my snow blower out of the garage and halfway up the opener stopped. After manually opening the door, I went inside, pulled out the coupon and called Precision. I had my choice of appointments for the next day or Saturday morning. I scheduled early Saturday and got the call from Peter our installer at 7:30 that he would be there by 8:00. When Peter arrived, a bit before 8:00, he examined the opener, door, pulleys - basically he inspected everything and then gave me his assessment and recommendations. He then gave me a few options and cost breakdowns for each. He explained everything he was going to do and then began to work his magic. A few hours later, we had a new opener which was silent, something we had never experienced before as we went with the Liftmaster Belt Drive System. We also had the keypad installed along with a few remotes. Now when I go into the garage the lights go on by themselves and our door is so smooth and quiet it's as though it was also replaced. Peter was great to deal with. He brought an enthusiasm to the job and spent extra time making sure that everything was adjusted perfectly. I can't say enough good things about his service and dealing with Precision. This is the type of service you should always get when dealing with any type of company. Precision goes above and beyond.

I was having problems with my existing Lift Master opener which was about 30 years old. I went on-line to do comparison shopping in the event I needed a replacement door opener. Lift Master was highly recommended. I saw the ads for Precision and was much impressed with the quality of the ads, the professionalism that was imbedded, the flexibility and seeming quality of the operation. I was impressed with the receptionist who took my call and then with the service technician. After making some adjustments it was determined that the opener needed replacing. Brian was extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable of his trade and proceeded in an expeditious manner to complete the job. He enjoyed what he was doing and was proud of his efforts as he rightly should be.

Brandon was our service guy and he was very good. Our 10+ year old Liftmaster door opener pretty much died and he explained that he could repair it but there was the possibility that the unit could break again. We decided to replace the entire unit. I did not feel pressured to buy a new one. Brandon did a good job explaining the options and installed the new unit quickly but thoroughly. He was very pleasant, engaging as well. I liked the fact that he called our home when he was on his way. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing this kind of service.

I really appreciate how quickly you were able to get someone out to my house to fix the garage door. I had hit it off track and the guys who came out to fix it/put it back on track, did it quickly and made sure that it looked like new. They took the time to really make it look like the accident never happened and they did it with good humor. This happened during one of the snow storms, so I know that they were busy, but they were very nice about my careless accident and made the whole repair process a positive experience.
