Peter is truly a unique person. His ability to not only diagnose and give choices as to both the cost of fixing the problems associated with an aging door opener system (19 years old), but also how he would correct the problems and the guarantee's and costs associated with the choices made. Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us the options of repairing our old garage door opener, which was 14 yrs old, or installing a new one. Since we were already prepared to purchase a new one if needed, we decided with that option so that we didn't have to deal with another repair in the near future. Best part is the technician happened to have the exact same unit we had wanted. It was all done in about an hour.

After I found Precision door by Googling garage door repair in Bedminster, NJ. The testimonials on the website (of which there were many), and the positive Google reviews is why I decided to make an appointment to have our garage door checked (it wouldn't close). I booked an appointment for the 8am - 12pm time slot, and the tech called at 8 to say he'd arrive by 9:30. I appreciated the notice, and he arrived within 5 or 10 minutes of that time. He was professional, courteous, and had the problem fixed quickly. I would recommend Precision to others, and will use them again if needed.

Gaetano C. was extremely courteous, he called while in route to inform me that he was being delayed by traffic and would arrive in 10 mins which was still sooner then the promised time frame. When he arrived he introduced himself and then went about the task of assesing the situation. He inspected the door and the springs and all the door mechanisms. He explained what was needed and what he was going to do and what it will cost to repair the problem. He fixed in timely manner, he was efficient, friendly and very courteous.

Our garage door was damaged on Saturday night, so we went to the internet for help. Passing over the numerous shady "garage door repair" websites, we arrived at Precision's, which appeared to be the only legitimate one out there. We called at 10PM Saturday, spoke to a live operator, scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, got the name of the technician, Brian B., who was scheduled to come, read his bio and his reviews on the website, and hoped for the best. Brian arrived on time on Monday, despite an ice storm, opted to repair, rather than replace, the bottom panel on our garage door, and charged an eminently reasonable price.
