Had a slight problem with the wiring after my new opener installation. Called and Pete came out immediately and fixed the issue quickly without charge, excellent service. I should also mention that Pete had to travel a long distance (I live in the woods).

I was so impressed with all aspects of your company. I called at 1:00 and Kevin was at our house within half an hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly and recommended a new garage door opener and a complete rebuild. He finished the whole project in two hours, and now our garage door is silent and works perfectly! Your service tech Kevin S. called a half hour before he was due to let me know he was enroute. He arrived on time and told me what needed to be done to have my door operate at maximum efficiency and gave me a price for the job. He then repaired my door within 1 hour replacing springs, rollers, pulleys and safety cables lubed and tested my door and had it working better than new. He was polite, conscientious and efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

My garage door was inoperable due to cable snapping and broken spring. Gaetano arrived punctually and advised that the spring and cable needed replacing. He went through a multi-point analysis and determined that my rollers were plastic and also that my other door would soon be at risk of the same breakage I experienced with my broken door. I was convinced to do more extensive repair and replacement which was done both expeditiously and professionally. Good job all around!
