He also showed up pretty close to the appointment time. His explanation to correct the problem was clear and he gave a cost for the materials before starting. Pete was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. The installation exceeded my expectations. He was clean and thorough. The opener itself is super quiet (I previously had a screw drive opener). We also got new hardware installed on the door which made it even quieter. I am extremely pleased with Pete's service as well as the products. My only 'concern' was the price. Precision is not the cheapest but you will not be disappointed with the final product either!

I called for an appointment on Tuesday and Scott M showed up on time on Wednesday. He was very professional, friendly, and explained everything without giving me the typical sales pitch. He asked what I needed and expected and once agreed upon he was done installing a new motor, sensors, and keypad quickly and everything was super clean. I would recommend these guys for any job.

Over the years I have always had Precision service my garage doors. In the past, I was always very happy with the service and technicians. Today I had a repair done again and I now realize the difference a technician can make. My technician today was Brandon and to say he is a superstar is an understatement. I explained the problem to Brandon and he was able to correct the problem and replace the defective part within minutes. He is incredibly customer oriented and went out of his way to help me program my cars to the new garage openers. I can say that without any hesitation, I will always request Brandon as my technician for any work I have done here.
