I cold called around, read reviews, etc. My garage door was in desperate need for an overhaul. I am new home owner and the garage door was very neglected, wrong parts and very unsafe. Precision's tech Gaetano immediately saw the red flags and explained very thoroughly what needed to be done. Although, (like many other reviews) Precision is a bit pricey compared to other vendors, but they are installing Top Quality Parts and having the Top Quality Technicians. At the end of the day you are paying for Quality across the board and Precision is the place.

He quickly and officially repaired the door, walking me through what he did and future options for any issues or a new door if the need arises. Scott was a breath of fresh of air when great customer service and efficiency are rarely seen. When Scott left, my door was fixed, I felt smarter and I knew I would only do business with Precision and recommend the company to everyone. The door we ordered was exactly what we wanted. Was very happy with the actual installation. Only thing keeping a 5 star evaluation was that I was told team would arrive 12-4pm. They did not arrive until 5 pm. They did stay until after 8 pm until installation complete. When there was a problem with a minor part, they came back and replaced it no problem.

To accommodate a car lift in our garage, we required the existing garage door rails to be raised, plus a new side wall mounted motor, garage remotes etc to be installed. The 2 Precision technicians arrived on time, and worked solidly for about 5 hours our so to get this job done. The technicians were really efficient, and friendly, and answered all of my questions. Guy made a difficult situation much easier. He came out on a Saturday and made the window we were given. Even though he was going to make it on time, he called halfway through to let us know a more accurate time. Once here he reassured me that although it looked bad he could make it functional but was realistic in letting me know that one panel really needed to be replaced. I would recommend Gaetano and Precision to anyone who need a new or repair of a garage door.
