I was trapped in my house with a garage door that wouldn't go up. I was so grateful for same day service. Our technician, Scott, was very thorough in his evaluation and explained all that needed repaired. Although I only saw the broken spring, he showed me frayed wires and worn rollers. He was kind, courteous and knowledgable and I was thrilled to drive out of my garage having replaced the springs, rollers, cables and some other things in about an hour.

Your ad in my local telephone book caught my eye. After speaking with your office/call center, they were able to schedule a tech to come today. All-in-all on a 1--5 rating, I would consider your company on the higher end for customer service. Once your tech arrived, he was thorough and complete in explaining what needed to be done, after checking over the garage door. He was neat and cleaned up after himself, even though I offered that he leave any trash. I was happy with this tech and would consider calling your company when I need a new garage door or another repair.

We needed a new entry keypad and I had a Valpak coupon. I was very pleased to see the email prepping me for the technician who would be servicing the keypad. When Brandon showed up, I got more than I expected. He is a very good serviceman, salesman and instructor. My brother always made sure I watched when he worked on my car. When Brandon started pointing things out to me about my garage door and explaining things, I felt like I was listening to my brother! I felt very confident in Brandon's skills and was pleased to have called Precision.

Hi. Had 2 new remotes put in,new rollers on 1 garage and 3 new rubbers on each garage bottom. Excellent service performed by Scott. Very personable and accommodating. Rubbers were coming off so I called and he came back today to refix them. 5 stars for everyone. Setting up appointments to meet my needs was excellent also. You guys are great. A little high in price but good service.

Tim Rainey responded to my emergency call - one of our doors was not closing. Tim discovered the eyes were misaligned and a wire was broken. He repaired both quickly and professionally. He also adjusted the door's balance so that it stayed down when closed, instead of going right back up again. Tim impressed me with his patience, his creativity and his determination to solve the problem before he left. He also pointed out that we should replace the springs on both both doors but did not need to do so immediately. His honesty was appreciated. When we decide to replace the springs, we will be sure to request Tim.
