Andrew was punctual, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He performed his work quickly and cleaned up leaving no mess at all. The garage doors are now functioning much better and smoother with no more jerking or rocking motion. He replaced the rollers and pullys and offered a better solution by promoting the non lubricating cast iron sealed bearing pullys. Please Thank Andrew for his EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL service he provided.

Kevin S. came to my house on 11/4/13 with recommended new garage new opener to be installed. My garage opener was over 24 years old and not closing correctly. Kevin informed me of inability to adjust old opener to repair after performing his inspection attempting to correct. I approved installation of new Precision opener after Kevin answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was polite, efficient and showed me the complete workings of my new unit. Used Precision for an emergency repair years ago. Called them for an inspection and was not surprised we needed new door openers (ours were almost 30 years old). They were able to come out same day, called in advance and explained our options after a full inspection. Installation was complete for both openers within a few hours. Everything worked perfectly and they cleaned up before they left. Doug J and Brian B were friendly and courteous and did a great job. They explained how the new equipment worked before they left. Very happy with the service and the product.

Amazing service... My call for an appt was handled immediately with a service tech scheduled for the same day. Gaetano showed up by noon, educated us on the different ways we could handle fixing our garage door opener. Pointed out another issue we had and fixed that as well. He did not try to sell us on anything we did not need nor push for us to fix something that was not broken. He was courteous, professional and efficient. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with the service provided. The techncian, Geatano, was a very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I was very impressed with him and his workmanship. My only complaint is that I was mistakenly quoted $X.00 a foot for the gasket when I scheduled the service call and Gaetano showed me on the computer that the price was wrong and I paid $X.00 a foot.

We had a Saturday appt. with Tim Rainey. He called before arriving and arrived on time. Tim explained clearly what repairs we needed and performed the service neatly and professionally. We had Tim service our doors before and are always impressed with his work.

I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. Tim was able to immediately say what the problem was and explain my options for fixing it. He fixed the problem quickly and I was left with a brand new garage door motor and remote that was so much better than what I had.

Approximately 5 years ago they replaced my garage doors and did a great job, I am now replacing the units that open and close the doors, another great job. Customer service is great, they arrived two days after I called, professional and friendly.

Tim did a great job. I liked that he could explain what was the problem, and what needed to be replaced. Precision had installed a new garage door opener for me in Oct., 2009. Now a spring had broken on my garage door, and other parts were worn out. He replaced both springs, all the rollers, cables, etc. Everything works well now. Thanks!

Pete did a great job explaining the various options I had to sync our new keypad. We had purchased a "universal" remote; however, it wasn't the correct one to work with our very old opener/motor. We were able to purchase a new keypad from Precision & have it installed right then and there since they carry many different products to solve your garage door problems right on their trucks. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience from the time I made the appointment which was done very professionally & she reassured me someone would call before they came. Pete called on his way to the appointment which I really appreciated. He was professional,yet friendly and was able to accomplish the job very quickly. I would definitely call Precision again!
