Excellent Service!! It was a great experience! Bob was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided several options and we ultimately went with a more powerful 3/4 HP opener instead of replacing the old 1/2 HP opener which was obviously stressed due to the angle of the existing setup and weight of the door. Cost a little more but it's obvious that it was the right choice. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation and would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone in the area. My garage door spring snapped. I found Precision Garage Door on the internet. I called them & they gave me an immediate appointment. Drew, the service technician, showed up on time. He was extremely professional & polite. Drew inspected my garage door and recommended the proper cause of action for the repair & continuing operation of my door...with safety being his priority. He really knew his stuff! Drew was very thorough. He worked clean too. My garage door functions better than it has in years thanks to Drew & Precision Garage Door. I highly recommend them.
