Ron Afflitto did an excellent and efficient job repairing our garage door. Initially, we were looking to repair a single broken spring, but Ron suggested we install a newer mechanism to avoid parts failure in the near future. It was great advice! Scott was friendly and came between the times stated. He cleaned as he went,explained everything and even showed my interested preschooler how the door works. Very nice tech. The door was not fixed the same day I called as stated on the website and there was no fee waived. Prices were much higher than I expected as well, but my door works now. I did call the same day about a refund of the service fee. I was told someone would return my call and I am still waiting for that call a week later.

I am extremely impressed with Precision Door's responsiveness and customer service. I called at noon and a technician was at my house by 3. Brandon identified the problem immediately and the repair was done within 30 minutes. And there was no charge for the service call or repair because the part that needed repair was still under warranty. Honesty and commitment are so important in customer service, and Precision Door obviously places a high value on those two qualities. I would highly recommend Precision Door to any potential customer. I would not even consider using anyone else. A few words on the tech, Brandon. Knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. Rarely do you find service professionals who combine these attributes. If Precision Door is the gold standard for garage door repair, Brandon is the gold standard for technicians. Not to slight any of the other techs, but I highly recommend asking for Brandon if he's available.
