Drew arrived closer to the early end of the estimated time which is appreciated. He was friendly and courteous. When examining my doors, he explained everything and showed me exactly which parts were broken or on the verge of failing. He went through all the options, gave me the prices, and was patient as weighed them with my wife. Drew completed the service in less than the estimated time, and the quality was terrific. We needed a repair on the key pad used to open the garage door as it was malfunctioning. Ron the service rep was fanastic, knowledgable and very professional. Precision Door had installed our opener as well as the door a number of years ago and we are always pleased with their products and services. What a nice way to start my day! Ron called before arriving right on time, examined my garage door, and explained the situation in great detail. He was extremely professional, very well mannered, and exceptionally neat. I found Precision online, and read the reviews from the residents in my town. I liked the fact that the employees biographies are online, the trucks are well marked, and uniforms are worn. The reviews convinced me that Precision was the correct choice - and they were so right!

Brandon was amazing! Completely honest, and told us everything. We didn't feel like he was a salesman just trying to sell us something, we felt like he was really trying to help us. He installed two brand new motors, and essentially changed everything but the actual wood on the doors. He worked so fast, dealt with all our questions (and a few from our 5yr old!), and we can't believe how great and quiet the door runs now. My dad can finally sleep without being woken up by someone coming home! Thank you so much, Brandon!

He was extremely professional & polite. Drew inspected my garage door and recommended the proper cause of action for the repair & continuing operation of my door...with safety being his priority.
