I give the service 5 Stars. We had a Torsion spring replaced and the job was completed in about 30 Minutes. Very happy the tech Ron was knowledgeable and informative. Checked the two other doors and lubricated all of them as well.

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. I called late on a Sunday evening and they scheduled my appointment for Monday afternoon. The service man called me earlier in the morning and said he was finished with a job earlier in the day in the town next to me. He then came and completed the right away. We had used Precision before and were satisfied with their work and called them again when the 12 year old door opener stopped working. Ron tested the system, explained the options and spent considerable time trying the two least expensive possible corrections. They did not work; so he then very professionally installed the new opener and thoroughly explained and demonstrated its operation. The cost was higher than I expected but the quality of the work was well worth it.
