He identified the need to adjust the tracks to make the door operate much more smoothly. It is a pleasure to work with such a knowledgable and professional technician. Andrew Nix service my garage door this past Saturday 10/12/13. He was very profession and did an excellent job. The thing that impress me about him is that he eplains the two option on how to repair the door with one costing a lot more than the other. He did not pressure me into taken the expensive option but let me decide which one. After the repairs were completed he explain and showed me what he had done to repair the door. I would strongly recommended Precision to other people.

Kevin was professional, prompt and efficient. Our door would not close by pushing the button and as it turned out the electronic eyes or sensor were not lined up. He discovered this immediately, made the adjustment and took the time to explain everything. The only negative thing I have to comment about is that your advertisement includes a $25 coupon off the regularly priced service call of $69 - I specifically asked the customer service rep when I called in about the use of it as well as what the $69 charge covered. I was led to believe that the $25 could be taken off the $69 if that was the only charge incurred. Kevin told me that the $25 would only be applied if he had charged me an additional labor charge, which thankfully he did not. Overall, I feel the service provided and the peace of mind in having my door working again was well worth the $69!
