I find Robert Zimmerman to be an exceptionally courteous and capable technician. We had a tough repair and he just solved it in a short time for minimal expense. I think another company would have told me I needed to purchase a new door. I think your company is fantastic. All servicemen are fine and everyting was repaired. The only fault we find is the guys don't come between the expected hours!!! They are late, and we are stuck waiting. Whoever schedules should get a better handle on the time.

The technician was very courteous and seemed very professional, but, as I had not realized that a new opener would be needed, I did not do a price check. Since I cannot say whether the pricing is competitive, the required 1-5 star ranking may be too high or too low.

Overall I am happy with the work performed, but it was WAY, WAY more than I expected to pay. The repair set me back quite a bit. The quality is there but I wished there was a more economical alternative. Tim was VERY courteous, VERY knowledgeable, punctual and skilled but a little bit hard to follow in conversation. I'm sorry, but depending on the circumstance of the next incident, it's a strong possibility I will seek a less expensive service organization.

Scheduling was superb. I made contact on their web site Sunday. Called Monday. The window was between 1pm and 5pm, but I couldn't get home from work till 3:30. Well I got a call from Drew (tech) at 4:10 saying he would be there in 20mins. WOW timing could not have been better. Well Drew looked over the job and explained everything very clearly. I opted for a complete spring, pulley, cable and roller job. I felt it was a bit pricey but along with the price comes piece of mind, quality parts and a lifetime warrantee. GOOD JOB!

Very Good Service - I liked the same day service on a Saturday, Tech was efficent and knew what he was doing. Very fast and friendly service. I will use the company again in the future. I had a full garage door repair - new springs, new rollers, new pulley assembly.

Tim couldn't have been a nicer guy and as a customer of any service, that is so important. He was very thorough in his explanation of what service he was going to perform to fix my broken door. Ron showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. He installed the garage door opener I had already purchased and replaced a few of the DIY parts that came with the opener with the sturdier professional parts that he had on the truck. Everything was done in a couple of hours and went without a hitch. I would not hesitate to call Precision for any future work on the garage doors.

The technician identified the problem immediately and replaced the springs in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after the job and was very informative about the companies products and services. I would recommend them highly. I called another garage door place and they told me that a technician wouldn't be out to me the next day even though they said same day service in yellow pages. I next called Precision Garage and they sent the technician the same day.

Service technician took the time in explaining all the problems with the garage door. The fact that the springs, rollers, pulleys were all bad and that there was no safety cable attached to either spring. The cost for these items were a little steep in my opinion but the 5 year warranty was a positive.
