Both of my older garage doors were repaired today by Drew. I was given a same day appointment, even though it wasn't an emergency. Drew called me 20min before arriving (on the early end of the appointment window), and was very pleasant, professional and efficient. The price was accurately quoted to me before he started work, and what I expected. I appreciated he didn't try to up-sell me other services, though he quoted me about products I had questions about (auto door opener, new door, etc). I wish the receipt had been itemized, but that wasn't the technician's fault. Will definitely be using this company in the future, and will recommend them to my friends.

We have been a customer of Precision for several years, however is has come to a point to buy a NEW garage door. We couldn't have lucked out more !! My husband happen to see Tim Rainey(one of your employee fixing a neighbor's door) he asked Tim if he would please give us an estimate. Tim stopped by and inspected everything concerning our door. Tim was so knowledgeable, Professional and down right nice!!We decided to "buy on the spot" if you knew us, this is most unusual because we research everything to death. Andrew did a great job in replacing our old burnt out chain drive opener with a brand new PDS 800 belt drive opener. He also installed the door sensors, outside keypad and programmed 2 remotes for us. He even took time to pull back in as he was leaving and I was getting home from work to go over the system with me. I was very lucky to have Peter O address the problem I was having where my garage door would stop while closing and reverse itself. This had been going on for months and was very frustrating. Peter methodically assessed all aspects of the door, sensors, motor and springs and made all the adjustments needed to correct the problem. I was very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness and appreciated his efforts to educate me as to proper care and maintenance of the door. I will definitely use Precision again if I have a garage door problem.

I found Precision on google, and after reading plenty of positive reviews decided to go with them for a garage door hardware rebuild and opener replacement. The service tech. was excellent. Very professional. In hindsight, I thought the work performed was a little expensive. Nearly $XXX.XX for approximately 2 hours work and materials. While I am satisfied with the work and the product, I wish I had taken the time to get other quotes before purchase.

To address your concern regarding our pricing, please understand that I deliberate extensively as to how to set our pricing. I have to be concerned about Taxes, Insurance, Health Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance (We actually have it) Office Staff, Warehouse staff, Management , Fully stacked trucks, and most importantly the best parts available in the industry. I additionally spend a considerable amount of effort training our technicians to ensure the door works as it should. All of these things have cost and I need to ensure our business continues by making a profit. I am sure when you take into account all the above you can understand why I price items the way I do. Also I would like to remind you you do have a lifetime warranty on the garage door rebuild parts that lasts as long as you own your home. Thanks again

Precision was servicing a neighbor's garage. I asked the tech to look at my garage door opener. He gave me a suggestion, but he said I needed a new opener. I called Precision two weeks later.
