The technician identified the problem immediately and replaced the springs in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after the job and was very informative about the companies products and services. I would recommend them highly. I called another garage door place and they told me that a technician wouldn't be out to me the next day even though they said same day service in yellow pages. I next called Precision Garage and they sent the technician the same day.

Ron showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. He installed the garage door opener I had already purchased and replaced a few of the DIY parts that came with the opener with the sturdier professional parts that he had on the truck. Everything was done in a couple of hours and went without a hitch. I would not hesitate to call Precision for any future work on the garage doors.

Service technician took the time in explaining all the problems with the garage door. The fact that the springs, rollers, pulleys were all bad and that there was no safety cable attached to either spring. The cost for these items were a little steep in my opinion but the 5 year warranty was a positive.

I called Precision on a late afternoon, described the problem and they scheduled a service call for early the next morning. The technician arrived early, saw the problem had all the tools and parts needed and fixed it. The price was fair, accepted credit cards and the work was done in one day. A good job.

Based on the excellent service we have received from Precision in the past, we called them as soon as one of our garage door openers failed. Service technician called 1hr before arrival and arrived on time. Service was clean, fast and complete. My 2 star rating is because fee for service was very high when compared to amount of labor time required. Had I known the job would only take about 1 hour to complete, I would have declined the service based on the price.
