I had to have my garage door repaired and the opener replaced. Drew Nix was my Technician. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Drew was also very personable. He took the time to explain everything to me and also explained various options helping me to make an informed decision. I like that Precision displays photos and information about their Technicians on their web site. It gives the customer a sense of security and also demonstrates that Precision has pride in their employees! Great Job!!! I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends!

Our experience with Precision was excellent in every aspect of the job done. From arriving on time, knowledge of what was needed to be done to our garage doors, giving us options , explaining everything to us and cleaning up was superior. We were dealing with insurance companies, as our garage was damaged as a result of Hurricane Irene, and Vince got us the estimates we needed within days. The installers, Jorge and Zsolt, did an amazing job of incorporating new framing on an older, free-standing garage. And Vince was nice enough to stop by during installation to make sure things were A-OK. The door looks great, and is so easy to operate. Five Star rating, without a doubt, and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Precision Doors. (Shared Review)

Bob was very courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the repair promptly and explained what had to be done clearly. I do believe the cost of the repair was abit steep. I'm not sure if I should have replaced the unit at this time instead of the costly repair. I guess only time will tell.
