Precision was able to send someone to my home within 24 hours of my call. The serviceman was knowledgeable and quickly fixed my door. In addition to fixing the snapped cable, he saw that the springs also needed repair and adjusted the door so it closed completely....something it had not done in years. We were very pleased, and when it is time to totally replace the doors we will call Percision again!

Your technician, Tim Rainey, quickly identified the problems we were having with the garage door many times not responding to the electronic signal to open---he specifically pointed out that our vintage-1985 door openers were on a frequency that was most probably being compromised by TV dishes on our neighbors properties. ( It sounded reasonable and not being an expert on the subject assumed he was completely candid about the situation ). We discussed any fix that might be possible but in the end he convinced us that the best route was to install new openers---so we now have two

I am very pleased to find a company that really does do business 24/7. I had an issue on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to come the next morning. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything- when he found other issues he was able to stay and fix everything at the same visit. I will definitely call again when I need something else. In addition the email with information and pictures prior to the service call made me feel confident in the commitment of the company to good service.
