The company should have notified us and replaced them. If that were done we would not have had to pay the service call charge. We have used precision in the past and will use them again.

Service: Repair of Garage Door Operator Precision was very easy to schedule my service. Technician, Peter O, was excellent. He evaluated my entire system and thoroughly explained his findings that were understandable and made sense on issues with my system. In addition, he was accurate in diagnosing the problem by listening to how the garage door opener was functioning. And he explained the reason for it's breakdown. Even though it was late in the day as well as freezing in garage he worked hard to do the repair and make sure the problem was totally resolved and that we were totally satisfied. Thank you.
