My garage door had problems closing. Scott M looked at the hardware and found the lenses to be malfunctioning and replaced them. He also noted that many other pieces were also in need of replacing. He replaced the drive unit, car remote and keypad. He explained everything in detail and I understood what was needed. Scott was a very competent technician, communication was excellent and his personality was very nice. I would highly recommend him.

Our service technician was Tim, and he was an awesome service guy! He showed up when he said he would. He explained to us every single thing he needed to do BEFORE he started the job. He worked quietly and efficiently. When the job was done, it was like he was never there - that's how well he cleaned up his workspace. We are pleased with the level of service we got from Tim.
