Not particularly. I searched the internet and the reviews were very good, so i went with Precision. The service was excellent and Ron finished in a timely fashion, as promised. The only negative, small one, - he was a bit pushy on the sales side. I didn't want to spend that much and he tried pushing more than i really wanted. When I declined he backed off. Thanks

My gargage door was malfunctioning and I had to manually open and close the door. I found Precision on website and read the great reviews. Ron, my Service Technician came to my home one day after the call was made. I can only say positive things about Precision. Firstly, Ron spoke "layman" and I knew what he was saying was true. He completed the work in the time he said he would. This installation was conducted while I was at work and I did not need to be home when he came. The job was phenomenal. Cost is comparable to others. Very neat. Highly recommend this company. Very reliable!

Our technician, Robert Zimmerman, did an outstanding job. Honest, efficient, professional service on all aspects of fixing our issues (on time, courteous, clearly explained repair alternatives, risks, benefits, highly competent). He also went the extra mile, ensuring our Homelink auto interfaces operated on both vehicles (for the new opener) and even moved the keypad of the door we didnt repair without me asking. He cleaned up and left no trash for me to deal with. This is the 3rd time we've used Precision and without hesitation, we'll use them again if needed. No overselling, no pressure. Hi Doug, All work was performed expertly in a timely fashion. Finished in one visit. Two things that did concerned me. Even though Bob explained everything about the (cost,labor and materials). Which I agreed to and signed, I feel it was a bit too pricey. My other concern, was I had a time window between 8am and 12pm. I received a call at approximately 11:50am that the technician would be late. I feel I should have been called sooner. Overall I was completely satisfied with the end result. The garage doors work very nicely.

The service was very professional, fast, and thorough. Brandon and his partner Pete were very personable and explained everything they did. They did a great job! I told them that I was very impressed that you sent out information on the technician in advance of the appointment, which is something that I've never had a service provider do. It was nice touch and since I wasn't able to be here when they arrived I was very comfortable letting my adult daughter meet with them before I arrived. I really wish that I did not call for service. The service call charge did not include lubricating the chain or pulley or anything else. The gentleman that came in, immediately decided that the springs needed to be replaced and told us the charge would be $273. There was no other diagnostic work done. When I told him it was a lot of money he made my wife sign a release and left. I got a can of lubricant spray from homedepot, and the garage door works fine.

Kamal, Thank you for reviewing our company. Your feedback, although stinging is appreciated. I have looked at the paperwork on your account and talked to the technician who went out to your house. In his report he found your door to to be out of balance by about 30lbs. According to DASMA and the national safety council a properly operating door is suppose to balance when operated manually unattached from the the garage door opener. Yours did not do this. The reason we ask customers to sign a release is for liability reasons. When a customer does not want to follow our recommendation to fix the door it can sometimes leave a dangerous situation. We can only recommend what you should do . We can not make you do it. Lubrication does not make it safe. When operating a door under these conditions you will either strip the gear on the opener, burn out the motor or have it potentially fall. Doug

Had a deal coupon from Angie's List for change of rollers. Tim Rainey, the technician who provided the service was a gem. He called in before he arrived and without any hard selling, he explained the condition of my garage door and the areas that needed attention. Was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. Excellent service overall and will definitely do business with them hopefully in the near future.

Precision was able to send someone to my home within 24 hours of my call. The serviceman was knowledgeable and quickly fixed my door. In addition to fixing the snapped cable, he saw that the springs also needed repair and adjusted the door so it closed completely....something it had not done in years. We were very pleased, and when it is time to totally replace the doors we will call Percision again!
