More importantly, the two service workers who came could not have been nicer, They knew how to do the job and were very efficient. I would use them again without a second thought! Precision did a great job to replace a damaged garage door spring. Brandon arrived on time and only took one hour to perform the replacement and also install theft protection devices on both door systems. Your technician, Tim Rainey, quickly identified the problems we were having with the garage door many times not responding to the electronic signal to open---he specifically pointed out that our vintage-1985 door openers were on a frequency that was most probably being compromised by TV dishes on our neighbors properties. ( It sounded reasonable and not being an expert on the subject assumed he was completely candid about the situation ). We discussed any fix that might be possible but in the end he convinced us that the best route was to install new openers---so we now have two

I am very pleased to find a company that really does do business 24/7. I had an issue on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to come the next morning. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything- when he found other issues he was able to stay and fix everything at the same visit. I will definitely call again when I need something else. In addition the email with information and pictures prior to the service call made me feel confident in the commitment of the company to good service.

Very disappointed that no one called to cancel or explain the failure of a technician to show up for original appointment. However, when one did for second appointment, he was very competent, personable and took time to explain what he was doing and why. Excellent work.
