Tim knew exactly what the problem was when I told him what was happening to me gageage door. He advised me that pulleys and cables needed to be replaced and proceeded to do so. Grate work in a short time.

I would highly recommend the two service personnel that installed the garage opener in my home. They also serviced the other garage door opener properly. They were courteous and friendly plus advised me of the system function. Great job.

Scott (and Kyle) were great. They rang before arriving and asked about the problem so they were prepared. They diagnosed within 10mins and went about it. Unfortunately after fixing the first problem they then discovered the secondary and more prevalent problem (a shorting safety eye). While they did take a while and they called for backup, both of them were professional throughout - explaining what was happening and why and they both were personable and thorough.

The price is a little high but the new garage openers are much quieter than the old ones. We've been using Precision for many years. We are alway happy with their work and service.

Tim was great. He explained the problem to me (worn out springs), and I decided to go with the replacement of the cables, rollers, pulleys, etc. in addition to the springs for the lifetime warranty. There was a problem with a new roller affecting the hinge (plus the hinge was missing a screw). He came out today (2 days later) and fixed it easily. My door now slides up and down with the greatest of ease, and QUIETLY. Tim was extremely polite, well informed, and focused on the customer. Great customer service!

Service within 24 hours......had old doors still in good shape but not working very well. Now the doors are working better than they did when we moved into our new home..25 years ago. The saftey cabling for the springs made us both breath easier, since we both have new cars.. Thanks Richard Williams

I had called the company because my door was not opening and closing. I had Scott come to my home after inspecting the problem he recommended that a new garage door opener be purchased as our other unit was 12 years old. He showed me that the springs had some wear and if the sensors had been replaced (which I said was not the case) it would be more efficent to buy a new unit. I agreed to this but he did not tell me until I questioned him afterwards and the job was complete that the springs and pulleys were not included and were a separate package. I also did not receive the packet of info. with different packages until after the job was completed. Do be honest he was efficient, clean about his work but I was not happy because he was not upfront about what the charges included and what was "extra". I would not call your company back again as I do not appreciate surprises. For the amount I paid it should have included the extra hardware.
