Dear Precision: Most of the time people only seem to write to a company to complain but I wanted to take the time to let you know how satisfied we are with precision and your excellent technician Robert Zimmerman. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with our problem. Our garage doors are better now than they have ever been. My husband is on the board of the Fells Manor 56 unit condo association and will be letting our community know who to call if they have any garage door problems. I want to compliment you on the sevice I have received on 3 occassions from your company. The first service was a repair to the electric eyes that got wet and Brandon was excellent. Yesterday Scott handled the problem of adjusting my garage door height to accomodate my new SUV. He as well was very knowledgeable and courteous. The technicians were here when promised, the lady answering the phone was polite and efficient. I am in a service business where I deal with very high end clientele all day and I know good customer service. I would reccomend your company very highly.

I was very satisfied with the service.My garage door was not closing all the way. There was not repair involved as something was in the way of the safety beam. The repairman explained why it did not close all the way. He was very friendly and I would call you again if needed. I used your service about 6 years ago and was very satisfied then which is why I called you this time.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Precision. It was one of those rare occasions that all my expectations were exceeded. I called late on an evening expecting to get voice mail, instead I got a very friendly rep that made an appointment for the next morning. Technician called ahead of time to let me know at what time he will arrive, which he has right on time. He was thorough on his inspection and then explained what was wrong and my options for repair. Job was performed as we agreed and everything worked well when he was done. Price was reasonable (no feeling of him pushing unnecessary services). Brandon seemed knowledgeable and was very customer service oriented and proud to represent his company. Overall a great experience and Iâ??m happy to recommend then to anyone.

Tim was excellent. He spent as much time as I needed for me to understand what service would be best for us since we were planning to change our garage doors in the near future. The work is always done efficiently and time is always taken to make sure I understand how to set the new remotes etc.

Service was great! Our garage broke late one night and by noon the next day we had new pulley systems installed in two of the three doors. Technician took his time explaining the problem, solution and the warranty. Very happy with the service!
