We were very pleased with the quality of the garage door and the opener. We were also very pleased with the installer, Sam. He was very professional, quick, and left the garage and driveway very clean. He was also extremely accommodating, helping us to set up our car remotes and programing the remote key pad. He also spent time making sure we knew exactly how to operate the door and how to remove the window grates. The whole experience was very pleasant and very much worth the cost.

My wife and I have lived in New Jersey for approximatley 5 years and had no garage door issues until yesterday. Not having any knowledge of who to call, I looked on the web to see who did service in our area. After looking at several sites, I was very impressed with your web site, first,with the strong focus on customer service and second, I was pleased to see the photo of your Technicians and the fact that all were clean-cut and neatly dressed. I felt that gave me insight into the character of the company and made the decision easy on who to call for service. The Technician who came was excellent. Our technician, Tim, did an excellent job explaining what caused our previous garage door openers to fail and thoroughly explained our options for replacements and needed repairs. Having fully stocked service vehicles worked out great as we were able to get both openers replaced and the doors repaired on the same day without the need to schedule a follow up appointment. Tim also saw to it that all of our remotes were successfully programmed before he left, providing over-all great service.

Overall, happy with installation. Price caught me off guard, had no idea garage door systems were so expensive. Had to come back next day to tweak the installation as one side was not closing properly, but it was resolved. There is a slight hesitation/jerk when door first opens, but was assured that this is okay.
