Even better, when I decided what I wanted, it could be done right away -- no making another appointment. Not only that, but Tim, my technician, was polite, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and questions. Everything was handled in a professional and courteous manner. I am also glad to know that if I need service you are in my area and will be the same company that installed the opener.

First, I have to say that Tim was the best experience I've ever had with someone who is providing a service or making a repair. He was courteous, patient and informative. He took his time , explained everything and did a terrific job. I rarely write a letter but I was going to if this survey didn't show up. He was that good. I would recommend your company strictly based on my experience with Tim. I thought your ad in the yellow pages sold me on choosing you. It was a great marketing tool and one you shouldn't move away from. Well done. I only have one question...I had two garage doors repaired and two new garage door openers replaced. I would have thought the two new openers would have come with two new switches (what you open them with when you walk out of the house) but the old ones were left. I know they're functioning but do new ones come with the door and should they have been installed or at least left with us in case these old switches go bad? I was asking Tim a lot of questions near the end so I may have distracted him. Please let me know. Thank you again for a great experience....and please thank Tim for me also.

Quick to get an appointment. Service call due to the door sticking. New rollers were put in. Did not take much time. The Tech was fine. New garage opener was put in last year by this organization. The only negative was I had to call for this opportunity to write a review. I never received an e-mail and the tech told me I would. It was not his fault.
