I chose Precision Door based when neighborhood recommendations. I have found them to be nothing but professional. My most recent service was by Ethan Tsirulik who was so helpful and went a little beyond what he needed to do. Besides that he was a great guy with a good sense of humor. My problem was fixed in about five minutes.

After checking various services near us, your customer reviews convinced us to call your company. Atone arrived on time, giving us alerts from the day we called. This gentleman could not have been more professional or courteous. He thoroughly explained every option to us and helped us to make the right decision. The work was done efficiently and everything was then explained to my husband. We would highly recommend Precision in Pompton Plains to anyone in need of any garage door repairs.

From the initial sales call with Mike to the final installation, Precision Door was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Monica in the office was so professional, helpful and friendly. On the day of installation, they text us to let us know they were on their way and they arrived on time. I wish all contractor companies we have to deal with were this easy. I am an Assistant Property Manager and trust me, 9 times out of 10 it is not this easy and pleasurable. As for the garage door, it's beautiful! The remotes are easy to use and you can't even hear the garage door open it is so quiet! Great company.

Wish I could rate them even higher. So great to deal with a company that is just outstanding with Customer Service. Easy and quick to set an appointment (same day no less) with great communication to follow up - from asking for some additional information on our needs to keeping up-to-date on when the technician would arrive. The outstanding performance continued with our technician, Shane. Very professional and communicated in a manner we could understand. Worked efficiently and we were very happy with the results. Plus ---- a very nice guy. Precision Garage Door will always be our "go to" place for garage door needs.
