The website claims that it is a free service call, which actually means just the phone call. Once they are onsite they inspect your door and without doing any service, demand an $89 for the inspection !

All I can say is "WOW"!!!!!!! Our experience with Precision could not have been more perfect from start to finish........beginning with Louis who came out to assess our problem, going over all the possibilities to fix it or replace it ,doing the measuring, etc. and giving us the estimate. Our new garage door was a special order because of its size. We received a call on a Friday saying that our door had just arrived and that it could be installed the very next day. Nicholas arrived and did a wonderful job with the installation which was seamless and perfect. He then went over everything with us, showing us all the improvements, additions etc. that were part of the new door. Both Louis and Nicholas were so courteous and professional. I have 2 o.h. Garage doors and finally switched to Precision service . They have new trucks fully stocked no ordering.
