While I didn't care for the bot answering questions on their website, all the people I spoke with at Precision Garage Door were great. David Paz arrived on time, clearly presented the options for a replacement garage door opener, priced it, removed the old unit, installed the new one, and made sure that it was integrated properly. Couldn't ask for more. A sure bet.

This is my second time using Precision and the experience was equally as good as the first. The ability to make online appointments - as soon as same day - was compelling to me. Communication with the company was excellent. I was given a 4 hour window and was continually kept informed of the technician's arrival time by text and phone call. Kevin listened thoughtfully when I gave him the history of the problem I was having. He then patiently and thoroughly explained my repair options and costs. Not only was he a good technician, but a personable, friendly person and it was enjoyable talking with him. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors.

From the initial sales call with Mike to the final installation, Precision Door was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Monica in the office was so professional, helpful and friendly. On the day of installation, they text us to let us know they were on their way and they arrived on time. I wish all contractor companies we have to deal with were this easy. I am an Assistant Property Manager and trust me, 9 times out of 10 it is not this easy and pleasurable. As for the garage door, it's beautiful! The remotes are easy to use and you can't even hear the garage door open it is so quiet! Great company.
