I chose Precision because they have serviced my garage door before and always did a great job. This Genie garage door motor and system that they installed today replaces the one that they installed 12+ years ago. Their products are great and last a long time. Sean, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, neat and pleasant. He did the work, explained everything to me, helped me set up a new code for the new outdoor keypad. I recommend Precision to everyone; and I recommend Sean to everyone. He really does an excellent job !!!

Our appointment was scheduled the day after I called. James, our service representative arrived on time, and after examining the problem offered us three alternatives, ranging from a simple replacement of the damaged part to replacing our 17 year old motor and installing a new one that would have prevented the problem we had. After we made the decision, James did the necessary repairs and installed the new motor. I recommend Precision Door Service for the service they provide.

I have used Precision Door in the past and they are my "go to". Matt Dewald came out today to check out my cracking noise from one door and also to bolt the hanging brace to the ceiling on the other door. He called ahead, was on time, inspected everything and honestly told me I could get by with the one cracking door that had been replaced by the snowplow driver 13 years ago. He visually showed me what the problem was. He also explained that I could consider replacing just 2 panels on the door since they were cracked, or consider the whole door replacement with the proper hardware that had not been used in the original replacement. He was polite, efficient, careful with proper pricing, and personable. It was a pleasure talking with Matt, knowing he was knowledgeable, concerned about being fair, careful in his estimate, and efficient and articulate. I would not hesitate to contact Precision Door in the future. I feel better knowing Matt was out to gave me his opinion and shared his expertise.

I had a problem with an error code 4.4 showing up. Lights would blink and door wouldn't always open or close on first try. Technician was here within half an hour from placing service call. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Since they installed my new system and it was under warrantee they were able to fix it. Thank you Precision for your quick service call.

Doug was good in terms of personality and, from what I can see, skills. He provided us with three options from low (the basic must fix things) to upgrades in options 2 and 3. He was able to also provide a senior citizen discount which we really appreciate. It wasn't much but every little bit helps. He took time to explain each option. We settled on getting new extension springs, and pulleys. He worked swiftly and competently. He didn't rush us and we didn't push him. I would definitely recommend Precision Doors and Doug.
