Called on a Monday for a garage door running rough. Was able to have service call early Tuesday morning. Great status communication from company and service technician letting me know when he would be arriving. Great service and door running much better now after replacing 25 year old parts. Given price options for the replacement parts needed and alot of tips by technician on how to keep it running well. Not cheap but lots of parts needed to be replaced after 25 years. Very happy overall though.

This was my first time using Precision Garage Door. The process to set up the appointment was very convenient and transparent. The day of the appointment, I received a notification with a picture of what tech was in route. The technician Luke was very experienced and professional. He was able to diagnose and repair all the items on my list in a timely manner. What an amazing experience from start to finish. A broken garage door spring and it was on a Sunday! A search for help led me to Precision Garage Door of Bedminster. They were there to answer the call! I explained the issue to the nice lady and scheduled the service for the next day. Everything she told me would take place, did. Multiple texts kept me informed as to when Xavi would arrive. He arrived right on schedule, assessed, explained the fix, and performed the repair in shorter time than expected. He was knowledgeable and experienced. Precision's customer service is great from the top to bottom. It was truly a pleasurable experience!

Kevin from Precision Garage Door Service came out to look at my garage door that no longer opened. He quickly identified the problem and suggested solutions. I had the pleasure of having Ryan Patrick Murphy answer my call for service today. My garage door would not shut when I drove the car out of the garage. It wasn't a huge problem but Ryan thoroughly reviewed every possibility of what could be the problem. He explained everything in detail and assured me that the problem was most likely my battery for my remote device. He reviewed with me my past service visits from Precision and what was done at that time (Sept./Oct. 2023). He was very well schooled in all areas that could cause a problem, He asked me to monitor the overhead light for any flickering and if the problem re-occurred to notify Precision. I give Brian 10 stars for his knowledge, thoroughness and letting me know that Precision will be there if I need them!

Based on this morning’s experience at my home, I would unconditionally recommend Precision Door Service for any and all problems related to the repair of overhead garage doors. I received immediate confirmation on Saturday to my request to schedule a service call for early Monday morning, and the service technician (Matthew Dewald) was at my door by 8:30 AM. Matthew is personable, well trained and efficient. He closely inspected our door and overhead mechanism, identified the problem, proposed a solution in language I could easily understand and, after receiving my approval, completed the repair by 10:00 or thereabouts. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Precision Door Service, and specifically Matthew Dewald, for repairs or installation of overhead door units.
