Our home was apparently hit by lightning which blew out our garage door opener motors, as well as the sensors and key pads. Precision was on the job first thing the very next morning. I just had two garage door openers installed. The technician & manager worked with me on the price since I was getting two installed. It was a pleasure to have Rob Zuniga doing the work. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions. Thanks again Rob! The lady who called me to let me know when Rob was getting to my house was also very professional. Our technician did an absolutely excellent job!! He was extremely knowledgeable and He repaired our door quickly and now it is so quiet. It operates so smoothly now. We are so thankful and will be recommending Prevision to our family and friends. We also loved that we received email and text alerts advising us of exactly who was coming to our home and when he was expected to arrive. I wish ALL companies delivered this level of exceptional customer service but unfortunately it is very rare. Thx again Precision for a job well done and then some!!!!

I was impressed with Tammy. She really knows your product and presents well. She sold me on my new garage door and lift. I was pleased with the product and your (2) installers - Sam and Ryan did a beautiful job replacing my old door and opener. They were quick, very polite and did a great and neat job. You have some very good employees but what I saw of the above people.

This company is run better than any other service company I have used! From my initial call I was treated respectfully and seriously. I was able to set up an appointment within two days of my call including on a Sunday. The appointment was confirmed well ahead of time, the repairman arrived within the window of time given, he called me en route to give me his ETA, and when he arrived he was courteous, knowledgeable, and able to fix the problem within 30 minutes!! That is a 10 rating im my book! THANK YOU!!!
