Tammy,Faber and Kyle were all very courteous and professional. There was a little bit of a mixup but we were able to get it rectified. We are pretty easy going but in the end my wife is happy with her automatic door opener and I am happy with the tight seal around the door. There is a teaching lesson to be learned here.I would hope that the company, maybe during your safety meetings, allows all employees to discuss different jobs and how to make them go smoother. We are very happy with our new door and opener. Thanks

Experts at their work. John, the technician, had my door fixed perfectly, and pretty quickly too. Our cable had snapped, and the door fell off the track also. The door is very old. New cables, pulleys, and springs. Answered all questions. A friendly guy too. Can't ask for more.

As soon as John, the technician who had been assigned to my case had arrived at my home, I was immediately impressed by his promptness; I might have set my watch by the timing of this capable, industrious young man’s arrival. John set to work immediately, diagnosing my problem, apprising me as to the existence of several viable options, and, upon my selection, patiently explained every step of the installment process, as well as how to use my new 3/4 horse power garage, new remotes and WiFi configured system. I am, without reservation, a thoroughly delighted customer.

I am extremely satisfied with Precision service. Brian was very helpful and not at all pushy. He explained everything in detail and told me his recommendations and my choices. In that I rent my home, I did not choose to do the comprehensive choices. I understand that the system is old and is wearing out. Brian is truly professional and I believe you have a gem of an employee. I was also pleased with the ease of booking and promptness of the reply. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone and will definitely call again if I have a problem in the future. Thank you.

Kevin was on time, friendly, polite and completely honest. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service. Thank you Precision!! After living here for 8 years and buying this house 3 years ago after renting for 5 years, we finally have a quieter and completely functioning garage door. Even if God forbid, we have to lift it manually, it’s as light as a feather.

What a pleasure it is dealing with a company who values its customers! It is an efficient operation…and they actually keep you informed…what a treat these days. The service tech, Brian H., arrived on time and installed a battery back-up door opener for us. Brian H. is professional, skillful and willing to answer our questions in a friendly manner. This is our second experience using Precision and, again, we were very pleased. We have already recommended them to our friends. Thank you for keeping customer service and quality workmanship a top priority. -

What can I say about Precision Door Service. I called because I used Precision before and was impressed by their fast response after my first call, as well as, their workers, including customer service. Firstly, the estimator Tammy Dehaan was awesome, she understood my dire needs and urgency due to the damage caused by the Ida storm. Secondly, Wilmer, the garage door expert/installer was pleasant and completed the installation of my remote garage door in a timely fashion, the job was done neatly/professionally, he answered all my questions/concerns with a pleasant attitude and Wilmer stated that I am not to hesitate to call Precision Doors if I have any issues with the garage doors. I will use Precision Doors again and will refer them to anyone who needs their service. Big thank you, New Jersey.

We called Prestige to do necessary replacement and repairs based on their great reviews, and they didn't disappoint. Tino was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing the problems we had and answer all our questions. He replaced bad springs and a garage door opener and safety sensors that had basically stopped functioning due to age, and we're so glad we called. Thank you!
