I have called them several times for different issues with my garage. The woman who gives you an appointment is so nice and she tries her best to give you the quickest appointment when it’s urgent. Twice my garage was stuck in the upwards position and she got me service that same day. The technicians are great. John goes above and beyond. It’s 100 degrees and he was working hard for hours. He explains everything in detail before & today they came back and repaired a similar problem I had in October and they didn’t charge me. Very honest and reliable. Highly recommend.

Excellent from start to finish. Booked an appointment completely online and was asked to send in a brief description of the issue. Was able to upload photos and video so the technician could be prepared. Got a text saying the tech was on his way and he arrived right in time. Diagnosed the issue, offered solutions at different price points, and completed the work right there. Our technician was extremely polite and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend them after this experience.

Spring broke last night after putting the second car in. It's a large old wooden door to a 2 car garage.....weighs 450 lbs. Both cars now trapped and no way can the door be opened manually. Called Precision first thing in the morning. Response was excellent, they arrived in less than 3 hours. Ferdinand gives me a couple of alternatives and the repair is completed and doors are working in about 90 minutes. I was impressed with Ferdinand's knowledge, expertise and professional manner. Also really appreciated the prompt response.
