Tino arrived on time. Asked me why a requested a service call. Did a thorough safety check on the garage door and garage door opener. He explained what was wrong and what needed replacement. He prepared an estimate and then started to do the repairs. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and courteous. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional from the second I called this morning. I had made an appt online and needed to see if anyone could come earlier that originally scheduled. The representative on the phone was very understanding and accommodating. Gedas arrived early and did a wonderful and thorough job! He took his time evaluating the issue and explained things clearly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was here quite a while making sure everything was right and even did a couple of extra improvements for me in the process. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

New door was installed efficiently and properly. The installers (Brian and Tim) knew their job and performed it in a very professional manner. They arrived at the scheduled time, removed (and took away) the old door and left the area free of any debris. They were also very pleasant to work with and carefully explained what they were doing.
