Great communication on scheduling the appointment. Ryan and Alan showed up on time and gave an accurate time estimate for the work. Clearly explained the problems with our garage door components and the motor and what was needed to fix/replace them. Gave us a discount on the cost estimate and helped explain the cost involved in replacing the components. The final work was very neat and we are very happy. Ryan also explained us about what was needed to maintain (oiling etc.) the garage door. Overall a very good piece of work.

After reading reviews online and seeing that Precision was great at scheduling timely appointments I decided to choose them to replace the springs on my garage doors. The service technicians called me and texted with ETA. Ryan M and Alan R arrived and inspected the garage along with the motor. They explained the recommended work in a very patient and clear manner. After they completed the job they showed me and further explained along with showing me how to lubricate the parts.
