Precision installed garage door opener in 2007 and after 14 yesrs just needed replacement of springs, pulleys and cables, motor in good condition. The installation of our new garage door which replaced a 43 year old one went smoothly including the visit for measurements, choosing a door, scheduling the construction/installation of the door, etc.. Marc and Steven did an excellent job on a very hot day. They were on task and very considerate of addressing concerns and questions while taking care of the removal of the original door and clean-up. We have used Precision on a previous occasion when a spring on the old door broke. It was taken care of in a exemplary fashion with opening and closing hardware brought up to date. It was the reason we contacted them for door replacement.
