It was a little rough getting started with some confusion between the office and myself in what I needed and scheduling the install, but once manpower hit the site things were much different. Kevin my installer new exactly what I needed, we had to reschedule at that point but that was OK. Kevin came back when he said he would and I got a professionally installed opener at that point.

We do our best to get everything schedule flawlessly but unfortunately sometimes confusion happens. Kevin is a great technician and I expect nothing less than a professional, successful installation.

I would rate excellent, except a bit more expensive than competition. The weekend service is a BONUS in spite of that. Another downside is, only one remote for my door, and WAY too high for a spare from you (one third your price on internet) Technician was a good guy, but I can say me being around made the job a lot better for him, as we teamed to do a few things, like why the old opener was not working, might be a good idea to have two guys on some jobs. Upshot was, replace the old one. All in all very satisfied, just the price point(s) might be a topic.

Dear Mr. Freiday, Thank you for your input via your review. I am glad we were able to accommodate you with a weekend appointment and your overall experience was satisfying and successful. It looks like you have purchased a chain driven motor unit which comes with one remote. If you had chosen the belt driven unit, an extra remote comes with it. The cheapest way to do things is always to do it yourself or buy it online. If you choose to purchase a remote online just be sure you know which type of remote is compatible with your new opener. Also be sure to read about how to program your new remote so you don't wipe out everything that has previously been programmed. Unfortunately speed bumps can't be detected before we go out to a customers house. In the majority of cases, two technicians are not necessary. If there is ever a situation that more than one technician is needed to handle a job, we would reschedule for a time that our service manager can come with the technician to make sure the job can be completed properly.

Technician arrived as scheduled and explained necessary repairs and costs. The work was completed as planned. The tech was very thorough and professional.

Five (5) Stars. Brandon is a great technician and has an awesome client service mentality. He figured out that it was my sensors that were bad almost immediately, and also recommended a full overhaul of the door, cables and pulleys. He emphasized that Precision is available 7 days a week and not to hesistate to call with any issues for followup or anything new. I will be recommending Precision to all of my business partners and friends.

Kevin was great. He called me to let me know when he would arrive. He was professional in presenting various options for replacement of a garage door opener. I in fact elected to replace both openers, even though one was working. Kevin stayed until 8 PM to get the job done!!! Explained everthing. Highly recommended!!

I received a coupon from your company, and needing to fix my garage door, made an appt. I was impressed with the fact that your technicians are drug tested and that you perform background checks. The problem I was having was that whenever we lost power and I needed to get my car out of the garage, the door would not stay up when lifted manually! This problem is now fixed! The technician who did the work, Louis, was very professional and explained to me everything that had to be done. My only complaint is that I feel you are a bit 'pricey'! We never expected to spend as much as we did. But obviously, this is no reflection whatsoever on the tech.

Kevin came out today and repaired a broken cable on my garage door. He called in advance to confirm the time of his arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate for the repairs. He quickly made the repairs and was courteous throughout the process. I was very impressed with his service and professionalism.

Dear Precision, I was given an appointment time of 4:00-8:00 pm and was told i would receive a call from the technician about 30 minutes before his arrival which freed me to continue with my daily activities. I received a call from Tim at 5:05 pm telling me he was on his way. He showed up at exactly 5:35. He was very courteous and professional. He asked what the problem was, and did a quick diagnosis. He made the necessary repairs and tested the safety features. He even gave me some preventative maintenance tips on how to keep both doors working properly and pointed out some future trouble spots. There was no hard sell for parts or accessories. I was very please with the experience i had with Precision and will recommend them to my co-workers and neighbors. Good job Tim and the rest of the Precision team!

Kevin was an excellent rep. for Precision who was very informative, performed the garage door roller replacement and tune up service that I had prepaid for through Angies List. He gave good recommendations to restore the life of two 30 year old doors that hadn't been professionally serviced in 22 years. He gave me a lot of information and let me make the decisions regarding what I felt needed to be done at this time. He did excellent work.

Thank you Mr Ryerson for your feedback. I wish I was a millionaire 100 times over. Running a successful business requires so many things that most homeowners don't realize. Last year when my insurance policy went up 2x due to regulations does not make me a millionaire. We will continue to try to keep prices down while maintaining a great place for my employees to work.

I just wanted to say that Pete O was an excellent service man. He was not only on time but he presented as sure of himself, and educated in his work. He was safe, and clean, and knew how to clearly explain the workings of the door, the key pad, and troubleshooting. In retrospect, I only wish I had taken photos of the smashed in garage door prior to him removing it for insurance purposes. He was not at fault for that... I should have done that on my own. --- but was still frazzled by the whole event of my neighbor driving into my garage door, and car within. Pete made a frightening, upsetting situation into something of the past in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door to others- if needed.
