What a pleasure to work with this company. Their customer service answered the call right away and gave me an appointment for the next day. My technician was Lou R and he called me prior to the appt as I requested. Lou explained the replacement door opener that I needed and the necessary repairs to the garage door and gave me some options. There was no hard selling and I didn't feel pressured at all. He was very courteous and professional and you could tell he really enjoys what he does. Without a doubt I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

The Tech's name was Kevin. He called and arrived 15 minutes early. He was polite and professional. He explained why I needed a new Door opener and had replacements on his truck which was great. He replaced the opener in about 45 minutes and had everything coded and ready to go. Everything was clean and all garbage removed. Perfect!!
