The Tech's name was Kevin. He called and arrived 15 minutes early. He was polite and professional. He explained why I needed a new Door opener and had replacements on his truck which was great. He replaced the opener in about 45 minutes and had everything coded and ready to go. Everything was clean and all garbage removed. Perfect!!

Tim Arrived at my home at the time he had stated. He explained the workings of the garage door and I settled on replacing the worn parts and safety cables he had noted. Tim was very professional, pleasant and has a in-depth knowledge of garage doors. I was impressed with his workmanship and how quick he replaces the parts. It was a pleasure to watch a craftsman at his craft. When Tim left my home my garage door was working like it was new. I have just one comment. If you charge $69 for a service call that should be waived if there is work preformed but charged if no work is done. Thank You , David Lewis

Excellent service from scheduling the appointment, to the service performed. The technician, Kevin Nix was very professional, informative and courteous. He explained that given the age of the garage door opener, the gears were stripped and a new one needed to be installed. Called for garage door opener repair. Was able to schedule appointment within a couple of days. Gaetano called when he was about 20 minutes away, so I didn't have to sit in my house waiting all day. He was very pleasant when he showed up. He assessed the problem, fixed it fairly quickly and made some recommendations for the future without being overly pushy. He was the utmost professional with a bit of a personal touch, without being too chatty. I would definitely recommend this company.

We awoke to broken springs on our garage door. Also the housing which connects the door to the opening mechanism was no longer attached to each other. Essentially, our cars were locked in the garage. Precision sent 2 technicians (Vince and Kevin) in a very timely manner. Both Vince and Kevin appeared knowledgeable and assessed the repairs. We were offered options for necessary repairs as well as potential upgrades to consider. The work completed efficiently with clean up afterwards. Our experience with this company was very positive .

Arrived within twenty minutes and proceeded to replace weatherstripping and performed maintenance on entire unit. Politely addressed extra concerns re: cables & pulleys. I gracefully declined Kevin's concerns. Total transparency re: work performed and pricing. Very professional and efficient. Wished that other businesses possessed a similar business model. Will recommend to neighbors for theirs & my future repairs.

Brian and Jason arrived on time in a snowstorm, and installed the new door in good time.
