I saw ad on internet and I called them. They were very prompt. The repairman was very polite and courteous. He explained to me what was wrong with my door and that I needed a new one. He shied and explained all the damages. I told him I am a senior citizen and righ now I cannot affords a new door but when I am able I will use his company. He was very pleasant and not pushy.

I was concerned that my Precision Garage door might have developed a draft but could not see any gaps or other reasons for leakage. The technician visit was easy/timely to arrange. We had our door repaired about 7 years ago and all of the hardware was replaced. A spring uncoiled and the tech John came the next day and took care of everything no issues. The hardware was all under warranty still. Even during a pandemic they were super easy to deal with.

Emergency situation and the technician, John, was able to come out on a cold rainy Sunday with short notice. He explained everything, was able to close the stuck garage door and suggested we replace it. Definitely 5 star service, but I deducted 1 star because the quote for the new door was considerably higher than we were able to find elsewhere.
