Started with a google search for a broken spring and have been wow’d at every step since. After consulting with the tech, decided a new opener was best given the age of the existing unit. Fast scheduling, friendly staff when calling, and an awesome tech that did the install. Really could not have asked for better service. Had a second appointment for something I had left out of the scope, and the same tech came back without any hesitation with a smile.

Our door broke so I found that they have 24 hour service 7 days . I called and spoke to a human. She took all the info . The tech arrived an hour later. Amazing. John the tech was great very efficient. The door works great and is very quiet. Highly recommended

We have been having issues with our garage door opener. It is more like a hit or miss every time we used our remote. Hence we decided to get John D back. He was very punctual and been explaining to us in detailing about the difference of their products. I couldn't said enough about his professionalism and his attention to detail are top notch! Thank you for having service on Sunday. We had your company service our garage door system a few years ago. Your technician John Delpiu is very courteous. He called with an arrival time estimate and showed up with in 5 mins of the ETA. Explained our options and listen to my concerns. Very polite and courteous. Our garage door cable snapped with cause the springs to compressed. A neighbor who recently used your service recommended your company. The representative that took the call was very professional and understanding. She even tried to get us a same day emergency service but was notable to. We got an appointment for the following day with a 12-4 window. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call around Noon that the service technician would not arrive until later in the appointment window so I can go do errands if I wanted to instead of sitting around waiting. The technician was very courteous and professional. He identified himself, asked to see where the issue was and after examining the issue, he explained my options the price for each option and the work necessary to rectify the issue. He was very meticulous in explaining what I was signing for when a signature was required. I had a very good experience and a great technician that represented your company well

John was wonderful. Found problem. Made proper recommendations without overselling (what I was worried about) and fixed issue in timley fashion. I went with cast iron pulleys instead of zinc plated (home depot) type per his recommendation...I felt this was a great idea as they'll last longer. John educated me on a couple of things too. Excellent is the only way to describe the service. The technician arrived on time and ready to discuss the problems with both garage doors. He quickly diagnosed both problems and gave me an estimate to repair which I thought was fair and honest. After I agreed to the price he began to work. Both doors now work like they did when first installed over 14 years ago. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.
