Our technician did an absolutely excellent job!! He was extremely knowledgeable and He repaired our door quickly and now it is so quiet. It operates so smoothly now. We are so thankful and will be recommending Prevision to our family and friends. We also loved that we received email and text alerts advising us of exactly who was coming to our home and when he was expected to arrive. I wish ALL companies delivered this level of exceptional customer service but unfortunately it is very rare. Thx again Precision for a job well done and then some!!!!

John Delpiu was at our house 2 days ago to fix an opener that made grinding noises. The day after he fixed it, the noise returned. I was happy to get him to come back 2 days later. He had to install a new opener which is working very quietly now. I was happy with this quick and courteous service.

Fantastic job by repairman John Delpiu fixing my garage door springs today! He gave me a call when he was on his way to my house and arrived promptly on time. John inspected my door as well and fixed all of the loose parts and rattles. Works great! Very Happy!!

WOW! White glove service. I am very impressed with this company. I will contact them for all my garage door needs. We called for a repair service. John was very professional describing the job that needed to be done. Gave us a new remote opener and programmed it so we could press any number to open. He even cleaned the leaves out of our garage so they would not interfere with the sensors. He was Very nice and professional. Would be happy to have him service our garage door every time. Excellent service. Called this morning. I was told someone could be here between 10 and 2. A bit after 10, the service tech called to tell me that he was on a job that would last about 1 1/2 hours and would be to me right after. He then called again when he was about 20 minutes away. Great communication. The tech was fantastic. He diagnosed my problem quickly, put an estimate together and was done in about 30 minutes. Thanks, John. You were just great. I really appreciate the Precision service.

Woke up on a Sunday morning and my garage door wouldn't open! Tried on my own by pulling the emergency cable, but the darn door didn't budge. Did some research, called Precision, and about an hour later someone was at my house helping me out! I was presented with options, and after almost two hours of hard work, including re-attaching the bar/railing that had fallen off the wall and reinforcing it with brackets and bolts, and putting in some new rollers, the door was opening and closing as good as new. The service person did a great job -- he even cleaned up! It wasn't cheap, but with Precision you pay a premium price for a premium service, and it was worth it for me!

Your technician showed up on time and he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He performed a very thorough inspection of my garage door, shot pictures of several parts and once finished he clearly explained to me the different options I had to fix the problem. Then he did his job in a methodical, detailed manner and left everything behind him just impeccable.
