We had excellent service from your company. It started from the first call to your company for service. The girl on the phone was very nice and helpful. We had the tech (Luke) at our house within 24 hrs. He was wonderful, so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and did the repair. We can't say enough about him. Our garage door was repaired. Luke and the other technician were both excellent nad derserve the highest rating. They called before they arrived and gave an estimate of when they would arrive, were prompt and actually arrived on time. Its rare in this day and age to open the door and meet a personable technician who actuall know what he is doing. Luke was very professional answered all my questions in a comprensive manner and defintely knew his products well. Your worker did a great job. I am not sure of the name of the parts, but I know he had to replace springs, wire for the door and a metal piece that had bent and to be replaced. I believe this had to be done on both sides.

Luke was your representative today. He called in the morning to introduce himself and stated the approx. time he would be at my house. Called again to announce he would be coming in 25 min and asked if that time was still OK. He was polite and professional and explained everything to me.
