Erik came by this morning to perform a repair of our garage door. We had to have several items replaced (rollers etc) as the door was extremely loud and kept jamming. Erik called ahead to say he was on his way and gave me a ring upon arrival. He was extremely professional and friendly. The work was completed relatively quickly. My door opens smoothly and operates quietly now. This was the second time my husband and I have used Precision. Thank you again for the service.

Our technician John Delpiu was fabulous (and it's RARE that I give rave reviews)! We opted for the garage door opener repair, rather than replacing the motor (which would have cost us twice the amount); John was very professional while being personable (though not at all too chatty); He was very frank about our options and I liked the fact that he did not PUSH to sell us the (much more costly) new motor. It is RARE that I encounter such great service people in today's day and age!!! Give that man a pay-raise! : )

Chris and his trainee did a great job replacing the springs, pulleys, cables and rollers. They inspected the garage door opener too. It was more than I wanted to spend but it was worth it. The door is much quieter even though it is chain driven. I will definitely contact Precision when I need a new opener or door.

I chose Precision for a number of reasons. Recommendations from friends and great ratings. When I called a person answered the phone promptly and quickly provided all the information I needed to feel comfortable doing business with Precision. The communication was incredibly thorough. When Roberto the Technician arrived on time he assessed my situation and recommended a product that totally met my needs at a price that I felt was a good value. He went to work and installed my new opener in about an hour and a half. He explained everything clearly and helped me program our cars to the new unit. He was friendly and professional and was done and cleaned up in an impressive time frame. The unit is incredibly quiet with a number of safety and convenience features. I wily absolutely recommend Precision to my friends and family. I’ve not experienced this level of great service in a very long time. I’d even be inclined to request Roberto

We called because one of our garage doors stopped opening all the way. The person answering he call was friendly and efficient and set up an appointment convenient to us. The tech, John, came right on time and was extremely pleasant and patient. Unfortunately we needed a new motor, and despite the late hour, John removed the old one with associated chain and track, and installed the new one. He cleaned up beautifully and spent a lot of time explaining the new system to us and setting all 3 doors on the new remote. One remote didn’t program all 3 doors, so he can’t back two days later with remotes that worked on all doors after he programmed them for us, even though it was dark by then.john was unfailingly pleasant, very efficient and knowledgeable and took extra trouble to satisfy us.
