Excellent is the only way to describe the service. The technician arrived on time and ready to discuss the problems with both garage doors. He quickly diagnosed both problems and gave me an estimate to repair which I thought was fair and honest. After I agreed to the price he began to work. Both doors now work like they did when first installed over 14 years ago. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

I was in the market for a garage door opener and a garage door. Precision advertised on TV, online, and in print as did several other companies. I researched reviews, BBB and spoke to individuals and narrowed my field to two companies. Precision was easy to contact and scheduled an appointment the same day. When my tech, Luigi, visited my home, I was sold! He answered all my questions and I felt confident that I would get the product I was looking for, that it would be installed correctly and that I would have a superior warranty if something went wrong. I signed a contract the same day. I can’t wait for my new door and door opener!

We've been using this service for years. One of our cables broke - we noticed the problem on Tuesday afternoon when I returned from an appointment and the garage door was crooked and not quite closed. I immediately called and was able to get a appointment the next day. It was a complicated job, but Matt (terrific guy) and, later, Andrew, worked on the problem, made a lot of replacements (parts were in stock) and in a few hours the door was fixed.

This company is run better than any other service company I have used! From my initial call I was treated respectfully and seriously. I was able to set up an appointment within two days of my call including on a Sunday. The appointment was confirmed well ahead of time, the repairman arrived within the window of time given, he called me en route to give me his ETA, and when he arrived he was courteous, knowledgeable, and able to fix the problem within 30 minutes!! That is a 10 rating im my book! THANK YOU!!!

Our home was apparently hit by lightning which blew out our garage door opener motors, as well as the sensors and key pads. Precision was on the job first thing the very next morning. Our technician did an absolutely excellent job!! He was extremely knowledgeable and He repaired our door quickly and now it is so quiet. It operates so smoothly now. We are so thankful and will be recommending Prevision to our family and friends. We also loved that we received email and text alerts advising us of exactly who was coming to our home and when he was expected to arrive.
