Our technician did an absolutely excellent job!! He was extremely knowledgeable and He repaired our door quickly and now it is so quiet. It operates so smoothly now. We are so thankful and will be recommending Prevision to our family and friends. We also loved that we received email and text alerts advising us of exactly who was coming to our home and when he was expected to arrive. I was pleased with the product and your (2) installers - Sam and Ryan did a beautiful job replacing my old door and opener. They were quick, very polite and did a great and neat job. One of my garage door openers stopped working. Precision Door sent Matthew over the same day. Turned out the original opener could not be repaired. Matthew explained in detail the new door openers available. After my selection Matthew did the installation. He was very fast, neat and polite. He is an expert craftsman and when finished he took away the old opener and left my garage clean.
