Garage door was not working. I called Precision and within minutes received a text confirmation of my appointment for the same day, then a text giving me the name and photo of my technician. Kevin and trainee (Phil) called to say they would arrive in fifteen minutes. My problem was diagnosed and repaired (new springs, new rollers, etc) in less than 45 minutes. Kevin and Phil were polite and thoroughly explained all options in a way that I could understand. Kevin also had to listen to my frustration with another garage service that had wasted three weeks of my time, scheduling appointments for which they didn’t show, etc, and he even apologized for THEM that I had gone through so much bad service! I highly recommend Precision!

Your technician showed up on time and he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He performed a very thorough inspection of my garage door, shot pictures of several parts and once finished he clearly explained to me the different options I had to fix the problem. Then he did his job in a methodical, detailed manner and left everything behind him just impeccable. Joshua arrived on time and inspected door for reported problem. Although no actual repair was required at this time, he fully and professionally ex- plained all options and indicated how we might resolve the incomplete door closing with little out of pocket expense. I called Precision because my garage door would not close when the weather got very cold. Christopher was excellent, so I am giving him a 5-star rating. However, Chris was the second technician to come to my home. The first technician (Joshua) replaced several parts to my garage door, but the next time there was cold weather, the door still didn't close. I called Precision again and they sent out Christopher, who was able to diagnose and fix the problem--bad sensors. I have very mixed feelings about using Precision in the future or recommending the company to my neighbors because I spent a lot of money with Joshua on parts I didn't need that didn't address the problem I was having.
