Great service. I called late on a Tuesday and they were able to come the next morning. I like that the tech calls you prior to arriving at your house. Excellent service overall. Brian was very professional and thorough. The web site appears to be misleading regarding their stated ten year warranty on replacement garage door springs. It seems there is really only a one year warranty on their springs unless you also replace additional door parts, inflating the total repair cost.

My garage door opener was decades old, low tech and the door hardware was noisy and needed service. Precision Door sent a very pleasant and knowledgeable technician, Ryan Murphy, who performed a thorough inspection and recommended rebuilding the door hardware and installing a new high tech opener. I agreed and Ryan completed the work quickly and efficiently. What a difference!

I went with cast iron pulleys instead of zinc plated (home depot) type per his recommendation...I felt this was a great idea as they'll last longer. John educated me on a couple of things too. Excellent is the only way to describe the service. The technician arrived on time and ready to discuss the problems with both garage doors. He quickly diagnosed both problems and gave me an estimate to repair which I thought was fair and honest. After I agreed to the price he began to work. I researched reviews, BBB and spoke to individuals and narrowed my field to two companies. Precision was easy to contact and scheduled an appointment the same day. When my tech, Luigi, visited my home, I was sold! He answered all my questions and I felt confident that I would get the product I was looking for, that it would be installed correctly and that I would have a superior warranty if something went wrong. I signed a contract the same day. I can’t wait for my new door and door opener!

We've been using this service for years. One of our cables broke - we noticed the problem on Tuesday afternoon when I returned from an appointment and the garage door was crooked and not quite closed. I immediately called and was able to get a appointment the next day. It was a complicated job, but Matt (terrific guy) and, later, Andrew, worked on the problem, made a lot of replacements (parts were in stock) and in a few hours the door was fixed.
