Got my garage opener changed today... The tech Chris Karnacewicz called and stated he could be get to me earlier than the scheduled appt. he arrived and was very pleasant and personable. He handed me for using Precision Door and asked what I thought the issue was. He checked the opener and then made a recommendation to have it opener replaced. Chris was very good and made the experience pain feel... I would certainly use them again..l may ask to be place on Chris schedule.

I had an excellent experience even though it turned out I cannot be helped today. Kevin came to my house and was on time and gave advance notice. He was polite and professional. He advised me that they could not help me with my problem due to the type of motors I currently have and the space limitations in my garage. When it comes time to replace my system I will definitely be calling Precision first. He also did not charge me for the visit because he could not help and was only here 20 minutes or so. Nice surprise!

today we had a new garage door, motor et al installed by Precision ...kudos to kevin and the other tech he came with (sorry, i dont recall his name); and pablo and ryan, the installers. all four young men were respectful, hardworking and very neat. thanks especially to pablo for his tutorial. thanks to chris who assessed our ancient motor and door and took the order. learned of Precision through their mailer and a friend in wayne, who used them. im sure all will be fine and if need some help, we can reach out to Precision.

John Delpiu was at our house 2 days ago to fix an opener that made grinding noises. The day after he fixed it, the noise returned. I was happy to get him to come back 2 days later. He had to install a new opener which is working very quietly now. I was happy with this quick and courteous service.

Originally I needed the door trim seal replaced. Phil called and said he could arrive early if that was ok. I said come over. I think you should advertise that you have Marine Veterans employed. I am a Marine Veteran Drill Instructor. I told Phil how organized he was. Very impressed! Then I found out he too was a Marine. He went over the condition of the door parts and I had all the moving parts replaced as well. Semper Fi Marine

We had previously used Precision at our last home and were very satisfied with the service. Phil, the technician who came to our house today was very professional, polite and efficient. What we really appreciated was that he took care of what needed servicing and did not push unnecessary added work. We needed new rollers on our one garage door that is used consistently. He also lubricated the doors and showed me where I should do it in between any servicing that would be necessary. I also appreciated the communications from the company and the follow up.

When I called for service, I told the young lady my garage doors were very noisy and felt they needed some lubrications in order to be quieter and that everything else seemed to be in working order. Told her I had a coupon and was a senior citizen....asked an apprioate price and was told it would be about $69.00. Imagine my surprise when the final bill was two hundred and two dollars and 23 cents. I of course paid the bill but vow not to ever call again because you were too expensive for just a lubrication. I will say the technician was on time and friendly. However, I was disappointed this menial service was way overpriced. Thank you, Betty Filson 6 Steeplechase Way, Hackettstown, N.J.

Fantastic job by repairman John Delpiu fixing my garage door springs today! He gave me a call when he was on his way to my house and arrived promptly on time. John inspected my door as well and fixed all of the loose parts and rattles. Works great! Very Happy!!

Phil did a great job installing new torsion springs and a new garage opener. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to review the detailed quote prior to agreeing to perform the work. My mistake, I should have asked. If I had reviewed the details, I would have declined the installation of 12 new nylon rollers at a cost of $276. As a senior on fixed income, this was an expense I didn't need to incur.
