I would give your service 5 stars. When I called, the operator was very polite and helpful. The service technician called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He came on time. He explained what needed to be repaired and the cost. He was very courteous and ask if I had any questions when the job was finished. I would highly recommend to others.

John was great! He came ahead of time and fixed everything. I was not aware that you have hours on Sunday. Next time I would appreciate it if the receptionist informed the customer that you have hours on Sunday with no extra charge. I did ask for a Saturday appointment but none were available. Thank you! Technician, Joshua, was extremely professional and proficient. We were very pleased with his service. On the downside, I cannot say the same for the office staff. This is the reason for 3 star rating instead of 5. Immediately after I made the appt., rec'd email stating tech would arrive between 10 and 12. Day before the appt. rec'd another reminder: between 10 and 12. When there was no word by 12:15, I called. The rep argued with me about the time (did not bother to check the emails) and neither apologized for or explained the delay. Very uninterested attitude. Eventually said she would call the tech, who would then call me with an update. I don't believe she did this, as no one called back. At 1:15 I called again, but could not get through. There was just music, a song about your great service!! After several tries, I called the toll free number. Music again, but at least this time, there was a recorded message attached to it. Call was answered by another rep., much politer than the first, who again stated she would contact the tech, who would then contact me. He did call back almost immediately and arrived shortly. His good service was tarnished by the office representative.

His customer service skills far exceeded that of any other tradesmen I’ve had come out to look at my door.... he is sure an asset to your company. Very meticulous and informative of what was wrong and what was needed to be done to fix the issues... I’m glad I contacted your company to take care of my garage door issue

I had the service on 9/6/18. I received several contacts both email and texts reminding of the appointment. The repairman also called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Upon his arrival, he listened to my concern and was very polite. The work was completed in about 40 minutes and the price was fair for the level of service that was received. I am very pleased and will use them again.

Technician came at 4pm,locked his keys in the truck. He notified his boss Brandon immediately. 3hrs later, someone showed up to open the door. This was 3hrs of my time that I did not have. Eric was wonderful, apologetic.It was like the office didn't care that their employee was in my house for 3hrs.I couldn't leave,the truck was in the driveway,and it was pouring rain. Once the locksmith came, the job was done in less than an hour. It was almost 8pm when he left. This is unacceptable. You need to have a contingency plan, an extra set of keys for the trucks might do it. Would have saved you a lot of time and $on everyone's part. NOT The Techs fault. Happens, follow up very poor.
