They are very good. They arrived on time. Fixed the problem immediately. Did troubleshooting for the future. Immediately received a receipt in email. We will use them in the future and recommend them.

Our technician John Delpiu was fabulous (and it's RARE that I give rave reviews)! We opted for the garage door opener repair, rather than replacing the motor (which would have cost us twice the amount); John was very professional while being personable (though not at all too chatty); He was very frank about our options and I liked the fact that he did not PUSH to sell us the (much more costly) new motor. It is RARE that I encounter such great service people in today's day and age!!! Give that man a pay-raise! : )

100% satisfies with service. Technician, Brian, was excellent - professional, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, and cleaned up space afterwards. He replaced opener and all parts except the door itself. We are 100% satisfied with the work and highly recommend Precision and the technician Brian.

Chris and his trainee did a great job replacing the springs, pulleys, cables and rollers. They inspected the garage door opener too. It was more than I wanted to spend but it was worth it. The door is much quieter even though it is chain driven. I will definitely contact Precision when I need a new opener or door.

My first experience with Precision was great. they let me know who was coming and when he would be here. Kevin called with an arrival time and arrived at that time. He listened to my explanation of the problem and then examined the door, parts, and the operator. then he fixed the problem.

I chose Precision for a number of reasons. Recommendations from friends and great ratings. When I called a person answered the phone promptly and quickly provided all the information I needed to feel comfortable doing business with Precision. The communication was incredibly thorough. When Roberto the Technician arrived on time he assessed my situation and recommended a product that totally met my needs at a price that I felt was a good value. He went to work and installed my new opener in about an hour and a half. He explained everything clearly and helped me program our cars to the new unit. He was friendly and professional and was done and cleaned up in an impressive time frame. The unit is incredibly quiet with a number of safety and convenience features. I wily absolutely recommend Precision to my friends and family. I’ve not experienced this level of great service in a very long time. I’d even be inclined to request Roberto

Matt D. Was my service technician..he was absolutely a great representation of this well run operation. I agree with other reviews that he is far beyond the 5 star rating..His knowledge and explanation of the repairs was clear and practical needless to say necessary..Thank you and we will call again !!! Excellent service. I've never had any company come and fix something in my home so quickly! Service tech Chris installed 2 new belt drive door openers in a blink of an eye. Very friendly and courteous. Very happy with the work done. I would totally use them again.

We called because one of our garage doors stopped opening all the way. The person answering he call was friendly and efficient and set up an appointment convenient to us. The tech, John, came right on time and was extremely pleasant and patient. Unfortunately we needed a new motor, and despite the late hour, John removed the old one with associated chain and track, and installed the new one. He cleaned up beautifully and spent a lot of time explaining the new system to us and setting all 3 doors on the new remote. One remote didn’t program all 3 doors, so he can’t back two days later with remotes that worked on all doors after he programmed them for us, even though it was dark by then.john was unfailingly pleasant, very efficient and knowledgeable and took extra trouble to satisfy us.

Rob came to fix garage door today. When he gave me the first quote I said I couldn't afford that price and he worked with me to show different plans. Rob and his trainee installed new parts on door and all is well. Rob was very professional and courteous. Work done very quickly. Thank you Rob.

Called up on Saturday for repair and was initially told the next available appointment was for Tuesday; however, I really appreciate Monica for taking the time to see if someone could do the repairs at the earliest possible time. She was able to get Luigi Fusaro to do the repairs on Sunday and it took Luigi about an hour and our garage door was done and functioning again. Thank you to both of you!
