I had a rather complicated opener install as I was going from a standard opener to a side mounted style, and having the tracks and door raised as well. Jared and his partner did an amazing job to make sure the door was as close as possible to the ceiling to give me maximum space for my lift. There were lots of small issues with doing this type of retrofit on an older house that has seen at least two other garage door setups, but Precision made sure that they solved every last one. Great job guys!

I called Precision to repair a snapped cable. I got a text when the tech was on the way which gave me time to move the cars & get ready. When Brian arrived he showed me that the cable snapped because of old pulleys and pointed out a few other parts that were worn and would eventually cause problems. I agreed to a full rebuild (new cables, pulleys, springs, & rollers) and now my old noisy garage door works quieter & smoother than it ever did before. I should have done this a long time ago! Brian was great, and I thought the price was very fair considering the door now works like a brand new one.

The service was excellent! From the time I made my appt, I got a reminder email and text for the day and time window for the appointment. Glen Gualtieri showed up on time. He explained the options to me to repair it. Glen was right it is much less noisy now, he replaced the bad parts that were rusty with new rollers, pulleys and cables.
