Excellent service. I've never had any company come and fix something in my home so quickly! Service tech Chris installed 2 new belt drive door openers in a blink of an eye. Very friendly and courteous. Very happy with the work done. I would totally use them again.

We called because one of our garage doors stopped opening all the way. The person answering he call was friendly and efficient and set up an appointment convenient to us. The tech, John, came right on time and was extremely pleasant and patient. Unfortunately we needed a new motor, and despite the late hour, John removed the old one with associated chain and track, and installed the new one. He cleaned up beautifully and spent a lot of time explaining the new system to us and setting all 3 doors on the new remote. One remote didn’t program all 3 doors, so he can’t back two days later with remotes that worked on all doors after he programmed them for us, even though it was dark by then.john was unfailingly pleasant, very efficient and knowledgeable and took extra trouble to satisfy us.

Rob came to fix garage door today. When he gave me the first quote I said I couldn't afford that price and he worked with me to show different plans. Rob and his trainee installed new parts on door and all is well. Rob was very professional and courteous. Work done very quickly. Thank you Rob.

I just had 3 LIFT-MASTER 8550W DC BELT DRIVE OPENER WITH BATTERY BACKUPS installed by TIM, and let me tell you , Tim is the best at what he does, the customer service he provided was definitely top notch. Very punctual and very clean work. I would recommend precision door to everyone. If you chose to get work done...please ask for Tim!! Great work!!!

Called up on Saturday for repair and was initially told the next available appointment was for Tuesday; however, I really appreciate Monica for taking the time to see if someone could do the repairs at the earliest possible time. She was able to get Luigi Fusaro to do the repairs on Sunday and it took Luigi about an hour and our garage door was done and functioning again. Thank you to both of you!

My garage door at times automatically shuts off, I have to turn it off and then back on to make it work again. I explained the problem when I was making the appointment. The technician had very good communication skills. Called me before showing up. He was a good guy. Unfortunately, when I explained my problem, he could not help fixing. he referred me to an electrician. I was not charged for the service visit, but at the same time I was not too happy since he could not resolve my problem, while I was told my the person making appointment, any issue we will take care of it for you! Anyhow, I did not mean to waste the technician's time, but I think they could tell me that when I was making the appointment! So I ma giving 2 stars because my issue was not resolved. But the technician came on time and had good communication skills, not able to fix the door.

I had a rather complicated opener install as I was going from a standard opener to a side mounted style, and having the tracks and door raised as well. Jared and his partner did an amazing job to make sure the door was as close as possible to the ceiling to give me maximum space for my lift. There were lots of small issues with doing this type of retrofit on an older house that has seen at least two other garage door setups, but Precision made sure that they solved every last one. Great job guys!
