This company is top notch. My logic board in my opener went and by the time I figured it out it was nearly 10pm at night. I went into the website to get the contact info for the next morning and a live chat window popped up. I communicated with a representative who told me someone would be there first thing in the morning. Two very nice guys showed up right on time early the next morning. Now that is service. I will use this company and only this company from here on out.

We would recommend Precision as they provided excellent service. We had an appointment set up quickly. They were very prompt. The gentleman that came to our house was pleasant and very informative, explained everything and our options. We had the springs, wires, rollers, basically all the hardware replaced. Found them in the local coupon mailer. Glad that we choose Precision.

Lou and Matt were very efficient and friendly. They were quick and neat. Unfortunately for me I needed more work than I expected. I had springs, rollers, cables and pulley done. Also forgot to ask if there was a senior discount. However, have only good to say about the workers. 5 stars

The service tech, Glenn, was fantastic! He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He is very friendly, diagnosed the problem right away and gave us some choices to proceed with. We chose to replace 2 garage door openers as they are now about 17 years old. Once we made our decision, we left Glenn to do his work. When all was done, he even helped us program the remote features in our cars! That's great service! Thanks Glenn and Precision Door Service!

Hi - I called you because the company that installed my doors and openers did not respond after multiple attempts. You had sent an advertisement in a marketing envelope so I kept the piece of paper. Tech was fantastic. Gave me a call ahead and was able to offer me an earlier slot due to a cancellation. Very helpful for my schedule. Let me know when he was on his way. Took care of the issue quickly. I would definitely recommend to others.

Very nice experience. The technician is: 1. Friendly, make me feel he’s someone I can trust 2. Professional, he knows what he’s doing 3. Clear, explains what happened, what needs to be done I wish I could give him a 5 star plus. The reason: I had a 4 hour window in which I had to pick up a child from school in the middle. The technican called me at the beginning of the window to narrow down the window to a smaller one and called me again 30min prior to his arrival. Also I want to thank Lindsay who picked up my phone this morning. She gave me a same day appointment that I really needed. This is the 2nd time I used Precision’s service within 4 years. I wish I wouldn’t need your service in the future, but in reality I know I have to save your number so that I can get the right people when I need help.

Our garage door jammed when we attempted to close it. It made it about one-third of the way down before the wire spool somehow came undone and the door would descend no further. It was late at night and the temperature was around 37 degrees Fahrenheit. We called Precision because they advertised 24/7 service. We had an appointment arranged for the first thing in the morning. The service technician (John Delpiu) arrived ahead of time and assessed the issue. Once he realized that the repair job would require additional hands, he was able to call additional technicians to the scene. Working together they were able to fix the issue with the spool and get my garage functioning again. Mr. Delpiu was professional throughout the process and explained everything to me in layman terms. I would do business with him and with Precision in the future.
