Our garage door jammed when we attempted to close it. It made it about one-third of the way down before the wire spool somehow came undone and the door would descend no further. It was late at night and the temperature was around 37 degrees Fahrenheit. We called Precision because they advertised 24/7 service. We had an appointment arranged for the first thing in the morning. The service technician (John Delpiu) arrived ahead of time and assessed the issue. Once he realized that the repair job would require additional hands, he was able to call additional technicians to the scene. Working together they were able to fix the issue with the spool and get my garage functioning again. Mr. Delpiu was professional throughout the process and explained everything to me in layman terms. I would do business with him and with Precision in the future.

I have used Precision Door Service previously and they always show up on time and do a professional job. I had a tech named Lou Rowek who really helped me understand the problems with my garage doors and he had a trainee Matt who was very intelligent as well. They worked together as a team and were very knowledgeable and had me test everything before they left. You just had the feeling of professionalism from the moment they arrived which is the service and support I am used to from Precision Door Service. I would highly recommend Precision when you have garage door issues. Ask for Lou or Matt and you will be happy you did if you can wait for their availability.

My wife and I were so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism exhibited by Glenn G. He quickly sized up the problems with our very old garage door and repaired the broken loose cable quickly. I received a call at 8:00 Friday morning from my wife telling me there was a problem with our garage door. Having purchased my doors from Precision, you were my first call. I was informed by the office staff (sorry I do not remember her name but she was very helpful) parts were covered under warranty and a service tech could meet me between 10:00 and 12:00. I asked for a call when tech would be 20 minutes away. Glenn, my tech called me awhile later and told me he would meet me at 10:30, I arrived at 10:40 and a competent and qualified employee had the repairs completed in the timeframe he told it would be. We called to have our 20+ year-old garage door opener replaced because it was no longer functioning properly in cold weather. Rob Z was the technician who came over to perform the repair. He did an excellent job of installing the new Liftmaster ELITE unit and he was very patient with me in explaining and showing the various features of the new system. He also went the extra mile to successfully set up Home Link in our two cars to work with the new garage door system. With the quality of service he provided, we will definitely call your company again should we have a garage door problem in the future.
