John did an outstanding job replacing our defective opener. He called ahead twice to let us know when he would arrive. He listened carefully about the issue we were having and explained the problem clearly. He then offered options for its replacement and explained each one so we knew exactly what we would be getting. John then worked quickly, smoothly and professionally to install the new system. We are totally satisfied with his work and the value we once again received from Precision (we have used their services before)--we highly recommend them and will use them again. I called around 10am and John was here by noon. He was very nice and we were very happy with his work. Our old opener was humming and had the new system installed. He checked the whole operation of the door to make sure there were no other issues. The one thing that he wasn't able to do was re code my car to open the garage door through no fault of trying. I tried, he tried but just couldn't get my car to match the code. I may call my car dealer to see if there is something else that might be interfering with the signal. It is a 14 yr old car after all. We would certainly recommend your company. Thanks again John

Used Precision when we lived in Bedminster and were very happy. Again very pleased with entire experience. Chris was good enough to call early and give a timeframe when he would arrive and was very thorough explaining options and his problem can be solved. This is the third time I have called Precision Door for help. A real person (Holly) answered the phone and scheduled me for the following day. I waited less than 24 hours to have a technician come to the house which in this day and age is amazing! My appointment was scheduled for between 12 and 4. Jackson called around 12:10 to let me know he had just arrived at the appointment before mine and that he would call again when he was on his way which he did. I love that their website has bios on their employees so I know who will be arriving at my home. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what needed to be done - spring replacement - and was done in about half an hour. I would certainly recommend Jackson and this company to anyone! Thanks, Precision Door!

Technician did a great job in a big job our double garage door had to basically be rebuilt he showed up early was very thorough and after he was finished he came back later at night because he didn't like the way the doors were aligined I would definitely recommend ur company to anyone
