5 stars!!! The service technician was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I had a repair done just in time to meet my 5 year warranty on labor. I actually had been putting it off thinking it was going to be expensive, and it turned out costing me nothing because of the lifetime warranty on parts. We're so happy because we use our garage door a lot. Bringing groceries in the house is going to be a lot easier again. Thanks Chris!

Had an extremely positive experience to with this company. Vince took the time to explain to what was wrong with my garage door. And believe me it was not an easy job since I know nothing about them. He was professional, courteous, and explained to me all of my options. He was also patient enough to wait for me to get my husband on the phone to get his opinion on what should be done. Highly recommend.

Technician re-installed electric garage door opener motor and sensors after the original garage door was replaced by a larger one. the motor needed to be placed in a different position. Additional parts were needed. The job was done properly and efficiently. Tim, the technician, explained everything done. he was courteous and listened to me and dealt with my concerns.

I have used Precision before & was quite satisfied. Earlier this week I had a problem and called them. They sent a technician - Vince Gerolamo, who was wonderful! He arrived on time, giving me a heads-up call to tell me he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining & showing me so that I would understand why I needed the part he would replace. He actually did a sort of "before & after" which was most helpful & as I said, allowed me to understand what he was doing & why. He was both friendly and very professional. Next time I need Precision, I am definitely going to request Vince! Thanks Precision & especially Vince.....

Lou was our technician. I had asked for an early appointment and he complied -- was there before 9. He diagnosed the issue with our current garage door opener (which was 13 years old) and recommended installing a new one rather than repairing the old. He was personable, efficient, and neat. Great job!

Brian H. came & gave his recommendations (not pushy, just gave options). We had an older system without safety devices, so we decided to upgrade. Brian worked quickly & efficiently (good work ethic, old school like me). He was very polite & explained the new system before he left. We paid top dollar for this, but you get what you pay for. Other companies might be cheaper, but the employees & the warranties with Precision stand out above the competition. Can't ask for more than that.....

What an outstanding customer-service-focused website, probably the best I've ever seen. I scheduled a maintenance service and Erik arrived at my house in a matter of hours, and was even early for his appointment. He called me first and gave me an accurate estimate of his arrival time. He listened to my description of the problems and in no time diagnosed and corrected both of the issues and solved the problems. He was courteous and professional throughout. I work for Mercedes-Benz USA for the past 38 years, and we know a little about outstanding customer service, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with both Erik in particular, and the Precision company in general. I would certainly highly recommend Precision to friends and family, and would ask for Erik by name if I have future service needs. There was only one downside, that being that Erik is unfortunately a fan of the hated Dallas Cowboys! lol, but seriously, it was a pleasure getting this excellent work done to make my garage doors operate smoothly once again. I was very happy with Rick your technician. I didn't even have to be there so I didn't have to wait around. He just called me when he finished and I gave him my credit card info. I had a new back up battery installed and he did a maintenance check as well. Also, I only made the appt. the day before and was accommodated the next day! Very impressed with Precision Door Service.
