Absolutely the best! Always responsive! Tim, my service tech, was very informative, answered all my questions. Love my new garage door and opener. All contacts from making the appointment was done with precision! Didn't realize it was just a name, but the actual service/product you receive from this company. I would give a five star rating to the actual service by Tim. There was some confusion on the scheduling part, where the dispatcher set the expectation very different than what Precision offers. After learning about the confusion, Tim tried his best to make the things work out. I am very pleased with his professionalism and his work.
