I called later in the day, very nice office staff explained everything, received E-mail conformation, came next day right on schedule, phone call to let us know time. Showed up explained the issue, gave us repair options had all parts on their truck completed repair. what more could i have asked for :).

He efficiently performed the required work and provided a solution to the unexpected problem with installing the new keypad. He verified that everything was working properly before he departed. While I was impressed with the service that Luke performed, he did not recommend services that were not needed for a second door, the thing that most impressed me was that he was supposed to be here between 12 and 4. I got a call at 12:07 telling me he would be here at 3:30. He then called me again at 2 PM and said he would be here in 45 minutes, which he was. He was pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowldgable. He sjhowed me how to grease the pulleys and even left a tube of grease for me to use next year. I was extremely satisfied.
